The device the room all greatgreat would stay again my rooms of choice
nothing I didn't like
The staff was very friendly. The Hotel was very clean and well maintained.
The non-stop train horns less than 1 mile from the hotel are ridiculous!!!! DO NOT book this hotel if you would like to actually sleep. We were woken about every 45 min to the sound of a train horn blaring insensibly!
pleasant experience, friendly staff
no breakfast in the morning, you have to purchase from their "cupboard"
it was clean, quiet and spacious
I didn't like that I was quoted one price and charged 50.00 bucks more than the original quote.
Staff was very helpful
The kitchen was perfect.
The cleanning inside the room, not good, I did report it to the front desk, and the were very nice and resolved the problem.
Location is near the outlet premium, the atmosphere is excellent and the price is good... I recommend all people!
I didn't find negatives.
Everything. We checked in on Christmas Day. The General Manager was working allowing staff to have time off. Great positive attitude expressed by entire staff over a 8 day stay. Very impressed. If this is indicative of all International Hotel Group facilities, they have a great business model.
Nothing of significance. Some guests on the West side of facility have concerns r/e train noise on tracks about 1/2 mile West. Interstate 35 is on the East side with its associated low noise levels as are most hotels conveniently located for traveling customers. Find an obscure B&B, I guess is the best solution for individuals with those concerns. However, you may not have such a great staff to serve your needs.
Room very pretty. Afternoon staff very helpful...
Room looked clean but pet hair was on my clothes after sitting and in the bed. Luckly I'm not allergic to cat hair but made me sick.
Rooms were very spacious, extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, full size kitchen everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I have been visiting the USA for 20 years. Will be back there next year
I liked everything
Location. Room was comfortable. "Suite" was actually a single room with kitchenette included, but comfortable.
No breakfast but "breakfast items" for sale. Not good choices and expensive. More than the additional cost of staying somewhere with breakfast included. Wifi was very slow. I think there are better values available.
All staff members that assisted me were excellent. As a group best I have ever seen. Need bigger tvs

I thought the staff was very nice and accommodating. They had a sense of urgency and kept it polite at all times. The ONE thing I hated is the elevator. It was dreadfully SLOW. The hotel itself had everything I wished for: laundry facilities, gym and even small convenient store. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Not very noisy at all. I was very happy with this place.
The elevator!! Ugh. It was so painfully slow. I ended up taking the stairs quite a bit. Hopefully they can fix this. Also it would help if the parking lot was just a little bigger.
The place had an order that didn't sit too well.
The pool, the barbecue area and the kitchen at the room.
No coffe in the room.
Located very close to Outlet
Inconvenient getting on side road (lots of traffic)
After three in the afternoon had to find someone to clean room
The location and the staff very quickly responded to our needs. The king size bed was a very good night's sleep.
The train sounds, the roll away bed, which we returned, had crumbs in the sheets and you could feel the metal through the mattress in the pull out sofa bed. For the $200+ we paid for the one night, this was disappointing.
Very close to main hotel
Ice maker was ridiculously loud. Quite a bit of road traffic, but overall...good hotel for the purpose. Close to the university.
Bedding was not as comfortable as Hyatt or Marriott
Housekeepers we exceptional fast and very cleanly. Eminities were clean and all in working order. Counter people were super nice and made our stay welcome. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.
We couldn't stay longer. LOL
The suite was great, the bed nice, everything is new.
Try to get the rooms facing the high way because if you get a room in the back, you will be counting trains all night long every 30 minutes and they are loud as hell!
Very effecient staff Clean Inviting Has anything a family could need to enjoy time there
Your website gave wrong info on a pool being indoors that this location. I also didn't see a continental breakfast available as your site informed
