Friendly staff. I liked that they have newly released movies for check-out free at the front desk. The room was clean, and the kitchen area came with glasswear, sink, stove and fridge. Stay here for walking distance to Santa Clara University and close proximity to shopping areas along with a 5 min. drive to downtown San Jose. The bed was squeaky, but otherwise clean and comfortable. And we were on the backside of the hotel by train tracks, although trains at night were either not prevalent or I slept solidly, because I was undisturbed.

Candlewood suites was very clean, has enough space, kind people at the front desk. It was convient because Cal train ,Starbuck, Sandwich store was right around. Well..only thing I dislike was that because of the train, there are littel bit..noisy..
