The proximity to the airport. The bed was dirty- not sure the linens had been changed/cleaned from previous occupant. I found black hairs in the bed linens and on the towels in the bathroom. I didn't like not having a lounge/restaurant on site. I don't eat a lot of the foods in your refrigerator case. I had no dinner before arriving and expected to get something on site. At 7:30 pm, I did not want to leave the premises in search of food. I settled for popcorn and an orange for dinner. I would expect to pay $99.+/night if there is a restaurant facility on-site. I think the hotel is overpriced.

Staff Room and furniture tired - ie old, cigarette burnt and stained. Much too expensive for what it is.

The front desk was very accommodating with a difficulty with our bookings. The ability to purchase food and beverage from the hotel was very convenient. The airconditioner was a little noisy.

Staff were excellent and provided great service and provided us with directions to the hospital for our early morning appointment. We managed to get everywhere without issue thanks to the staff. Bathroom had some questionable dirty spots on the wall but house cleaning dealt with it.
