Location!

Room was just OK (older decore and carpet, etc.), but it worked just fine.

Location, area, ease of being able to walk to Cannery Row and Fishermans Wharf.

No on-tap REALLY hot water for tea drinkers. Water must be very hot to get flavour from tea. Also, hard boiled eggs for gluten allergy people as wheat products affect them would be good, and there was no yoghurt.

I liked the location, the free breakfast, the courtyard, and the facilities in the room.

The hallways were grimy and dirty, presumably because they were exposed to the outdoors

Location was the biggest asset. View from room was very nice.

Old, quite used hotel. Several mbulbs burned out in bathroom made it difficult to see in mirror,NO RESONSE WHEN REPORTED. Fireplace, old and not pleasant.

We loved the comfy beds, great shower, cleanliness and the very friendly and helpful staff.

The Room, Location and free car parking

Reception staff -distant and offhand. Whoever was working the phone exchange had no knowedge of its working and could not retrieve the indicated message or clear the annoying flashing light.

Location wasn't bad. A little further away from aquarium than website says. Beds were great room very clean. Needs upgrade on tv lol

A lot older rooms than I read. The room next door was being remodeled starting at 8:00 am. Should not have put people in the room next to it. Very narrow doors. Walker just barely fit. Not disability friendly. Did not want to ask for handicap room just for walker necessity.

even though carpets get vacuumed, they should be cleaned every once in a while. don't like white socks turning grey.

Location is great. Could see the divers going into the Bay from our room on the East end of property. Gas fireplace took the "chill" off the evening. Good choice.

Property has some age on it, not all rooms have views. Lighting in bathroom was too little for my wife even after having some bulbs replaced.

Location is convenient. Staff friendly.

Not a good value for the price. Did not appear clean, used towels in the bathroom, old and broken fixture in tub, paint scarred and peeling, carpet old and dirty looking, curtain old looking. The bed was terrible and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Wash rags were used as doorstops in the halls. That looked so gross. Do they change them out and then put those in rooms after washing?

Staff accomodating and friendly with lots of suggestions for seeing area. Location excellent. Beds comfortable.

No hot water in the shower. Staff gave us key to another room to use shower. Not really acceptable. Strangely I read this same problem at this Inn on Trip Advisor. Apparently we go the same room that was not fixed.

Great location. Good breakfast with fresh fruit. Not the greasy eggs and bacon. Very quiet. Only two floors was convenient. I would recommend the inn to travellers and I might mention to research the area for hotels because of the (-) list. I would stay there again if the improvements were taken care of.

The ironing board. Go to WalMart and at least have one regular ironing board available. The sink would back up with gunk coming out. The tv and the channels could use an upgrade..limited handicap parking.

We thought it was a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay with everything you need.

We liked most things but we did notice that the shower was intermittent with cold and hot but it really wasn't a big issue.

The only thing pleasing about this inn is the location.

The continental breakfast was joke. It only had fruit and cereal. I was not impressed at all. This inn is overpriced and not worth the money. I was overcharged and had to go back to get my refund. The office staff was not what they seem. They were a rip off. The rooms were small, dirty, and rundown. Maybe if this inn put some of the $$ that they are charging back into their upkeep and staff training they would have better reviews. I will never stay here again, and neither should anyone else. A big rip off for the amount of $ they charge!!!

The beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent for what we wanted to do and able to walk to everything.

The refrigerator in our room was really noisy and I had to unplug it.

Great location, nice room with fire place, microwave and large refrigerator.

Screen to patio needed repair, cobwebs on the ceiling beams need to be cleaned, door rattled in the wind, and sink did not drain well.
