Good overall value.
Small bathroom,separate sink. No breakfast,,
We felt the location was terrific because it is directly off highway 40. Very convenient to locate. It is a short walk to the downtown area. The morning staff was very helpful but the afternoon/evening staff seemed aloof and didn't pay much attention to us- as if 'ho him' more people. We asked a question to which there was no reply. Breakfast was good.
Some of the staff. No fan in the bathroom.
It was really close to The Polar Express
I wish the quality of the building was nicer along with the restaurant
Restaurant was closed and satellite problem offered limited TV channels (unable to watch NFL playoff game).
the rooms were big
the service wasnt the best at the reception and the room wasnt as clean as I would have hoped hairs were on the sheets
We had blood stains on our sheets, tv went out. Went to 3 ice machines, and 2 vending machines and they had out of order signs.. Dryer out of order. You Get a 15% off coupon for the restaurant that doesn't include drinks, appetizers specials, dessert. Which is not stated on the coupon so your blindsided when you check out. Wanted to watch the Ball drop on New Years eve and tv did not work in rooms so mgr suggested going to the restaurant/ lounge for dinner live band and a tv in lounge. The heat was out in the restaurant and there was no live band for New Years like mgr advised. This is unacceptable conditions. Packed up family and left on New Years eve in the middle of a huge snow storm. Took 5 hours to get back to Phoenix. Worst hotel stay ever.
Everything was dirty
they don't have cribs or bassinets for babies
I like the accessibility to everything. This was our first time in Williams and we love every minute of it.
Everything. The room was clean, large, and at a great price.
Their Dish Network was not working correctly and I was told by the front desk that it had been that way for awhile. It caused us to miss the football game on Thanksgiving that we had been anticipating.
Not much to like. Nothing struck me as exceptional or even decent
The property needs to be overhauled...as in maintenance and cleaning. Landscaping is terrible, carpets are worn out and stained, ice machine didn't work etc.
Found bedbugs in my room and they wouldn't switch me rooms. It was disgusting.
enjoyed our stay..close to town. nice clean rooms and bathrooms.
didn't like that at the adjoining restaurant we were not able to put our meal bill on hotel bill.
great location, 1 hour from Grand Canyon, 4 blocks from route 66 diners.
no free breakfast. the attached restaurant offered a buffet for 9.99$ but was horrible.
Excellent bar, staff very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant food excellent and accompanied by a starter soup. Live music. Not too far from Grand Canyon. Great place to stay. Williams is a small town - interesting.
very comfortable and convenient for the Grand Canyon
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed for 3 days while in the area to see the Grand Canyon and other attractions. Only 50 minutes from the Canyon and half the cost if you were to try and stay closer to the Grand Canyon. Located right off Interstate 40 but the town itself has some wonderful things to see. There is an awesome strip of old Route 66 that runs through downtown Williams hust loaded with wonderful retail shops and quaint places to eat. It is a definite must see while in town!! We left Williams for a couple days and ended up coming back through to stay a couple more we enjoyed it so much, however. The Ramada was booked full so we stayed across the street at another hotel. I will say we much prefered The Ramada! :)
My only complaint is we traveled with our dog and in Arizona there just isn't much grass around for potty places for the puppies. The poor old girl wasn't quite sure what to do with all the rocks everywhere. Lol
Spacious and cool room with complimentary toiletries.
Although our room was in a quiet part of the hotel it was very close to the highway so there was some traffic noise. Would have been nice to have had breakfast included for the price.
location near gcn
easy to get to, restaurant on site, room spacious
bed and pillows very uncomfortable, towels rough
We were there for the Ajra rodeo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was awesome! Complimentary coffee and lemon water.
Place was kind of run down and dirty. Beds were box springs and really uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable too. Water pressure in sink...there wasn't any. Had to wash my face and hands in the bathtub. Floors were dirty...stains on bedspreads.
Perfect hotel. Direct shot to the Grand Canyon. Will be staying again.
Over all I would stay again, nice facility.
The issue I had was one person behind the counter on the phone while people are in line waiting to register and get help. I had to ask another employee that was just looking at us to help before before they moved. I thought I would have to call the front desk while I was standing in line to get service.
Room was large and parking free.
Staff were unfriendly and dismissive. We wanted to get a taxi into Williams so we could have a drink with our meal. I had hurt my foot and couldn't walk very well. The main street is a fair distance from the hotel and reception staff said there were no taxis and we would just have to walk. The hallways were dirty with popcorn all over the floor. there was also no lift to get to the first floor and no help from staff was offered with luggage. I realise you get what you pay for but have had far better stays in cheaper hotels.
