The owners were very friendly to myself and my mother, who was traveling with me to drop my daughter off for her Fresman year at NAU.
They need to mark the parking spots with numbers that coincide with the room numbers. We came back late one night and didn't have a parking spot. They told us if that happened again, just to park under the awning. Very nice people, just need a solution to the limited parking spots to make sure guests have a place to park.
For the price, this was an ok place to spend the weekend. The owner/manager was one of the nicest people I've ever met, and that really influenced my opinion of this hotel in a positive way. Good location to walk into town, and my son enjoyed the free breakfast.
Not the cleanest, not a lot of extra space, and the saddest towels I've ever seen. We bought earplugs for sleeping due to loud road noise.
staff is friendly, room very clean and has been updated nicely (furniture ans bathroom)
the street is in reality the 89 so bit noisy from the street but quiet between rooms
Great value and on route 66. Within easy reach of the Grand Canyon. And I loved the retro look.
No coffee machine in the room and the breakfast was served in the small reception area. But the breakfast was good.
Does the job well of providing a bed for the night. Clean, fairly comfortable and cheap
drunk and agressive staff at checkin. Be prepared.
Biscuits and gravy good, but not much room to eat.
Bad experience at check in. Cost was $22.09 higher than Booking.com rate. Took long time to resolve
Close to campus. Clean. VERY friendly owner and staff. Will book again.
Bathroom door didn't close all the way. Loud street traffic.
Classic Motel layout - just as expected. Friendly service from reception on check in and at breakfast. Breakfast was very good - home cooked biscuits and sausage and gravy and a variety of the usual fayre. Room was well decorated and had excellent bathroom facilities. Room included TV, fridge and microwave.
My girlfriend had a medical emergency while we were at the hotel. We were unable to leave the following day due to her condition. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped us the following night. I couldn't ask for more!
Milton road is noisy, it comes with the location. .. the towels were dingy, but everything else about the property was very clean and well kept.
Convenient location, wasn't too noisy.
they have done a partial remodel but they need to get new mattresses and towels. the shower head was so low you had to really bend down to wash your hair.
the owners couldn't do enough the room was close to all shops the site was easy to get to
The room and beds were very comfortable, especially for what we paid for! Excellent value. We arrived at Flagstaff around midnight since we were traveling on the Southwest Chief train and it was running late. We were originally booked at their sister property but when I tried calling to let them know of the late check in, there was no answer at the front desk. Worried that we wouldn't have a place to sleep, I called booking.com's 800 # from the train. They reached the owner of the hotel at home and were able to accommodate us at Super 8 which they also own. Glad I had booked with Booking.com!
Helpful and nice staff. Close to downtown.
Breakfast is basic, and served in the reception lobby, with limited space.
Comfortable beds, good WIFI, friendly and helpfull discrete staff, very reasonable breakfastcomfortable parking and very close to the old City center,
Nice position on Route 66, near the city restaurants and historic downtown.
Not so clean!
Great and friendly staff. Very quiet
there wasn't nothing I didn't like
Rooms just renovated, really nice and stylish. Owners are friendly and helpfull. Close to NAU and downtown.
Quick easy check in. Cute decor.
Room was covered on holes and unpainted patches. Towel bar hanging, dirty floors in bath.
Outstanding complimentary breakfast featuring sausage and biscuits. New and attractive remodel ofvold property with state of the art flat-screen tvs. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows.
No rod to hang clothes in king room. Back window did not open.
The noise of air conditioner is too loud
We were there for NAU orientation and the facility is across the street. If our son had not been on crutches, we would have walked to the events there. Manager went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
location, staff, breakfast, convenience,
Close to University as was attending Orientation. Was clean.
Road noise was terrible. Owner and wife very rude. A very old motel.
Easy walking distance to downtown.
This was a throw-back to the 1960's or so. Clean room, acceptable breakfast.
Laundry facility was very poor, only one washer and a dryer that didn't work well.
