Noisy ans inconsiderate neighbours
EVERYTHING, we all agreed we could have easily stayed a week. We WILL return. Ideal base for exploring the area.
There was nothing not to like, it's a little bit away from the hotel but that was fine for us.
Very odd check in. After we checked in, we followed the front desk person in their car for almost 1/2 mile to the apartment / hotel. Everything else was ok.
Unhelpful and surly staff, unpleasant comportment, poor signage, useless fitness room with only two machines, overcharged hotel rate, stupid note about towels for sale at silly prices, we are not all thieves!,
A good location to visit Grand Canyon. Clean and comfortable room.
Very close to the entrance of Grand Canyon, quiet, clean
Slept really well.
Room was a little remote.
The quiet, the new, clean and spacious room and the small balcony. The place is 15 minutes by car to the Grand Canyon visitors center, and they sell park permits.
The structure itself is a "dependance" to the Canyon Plaza Resort Hotel, so all the amenities and check-in/check out are located there. This proves a bit inconvenient, as taking the car to get to the pool is not really an option in my view.
The television was broken and it took the staff over an hour to fix it, meantime we were tired and went to bed. The bed was horrible, I would never stay here again.
Very comfortable apartment!
Room was spacious, very comfortable and with good facilities.
There was a $50 key deposit that we were not told about on registering. This deposit was charged against our credit card without our knowledge. Whilst it was refunded on our check-out we try to avoid such charges as any overseas transactions on our card incur extra costs. We would have happily left a $50 cash bond with the hotel had we been told of the requirement for a key deposit.
close to Canyon, washer and dryer on site. Had a wonderful time
lighting on stairs outside was out and we told staff and maintenance. It was not fixed during our stay of 3 days
room too small and way overpriced.chairs were unconfortable and bed was too soft and too low.
The very spacious two roomed, two bathroom apartment is great for two sets of couples,
Carrying suitcases up the stairs. Maybe a pulley system could be erected next to staircase to pull luggage up.
Although this was a 2 bedroom room apt and we are a family of 6 including 2 large teenage boys it had 3 rollaways so no one had to share a bed. Very roomy and clean.
Only problem not enough cutlery and utensils but we made do just couldn't eat at the same time.
The apartment was spacious and close to the south entrance to Grand Canyon.
The kitchen was not well furnished so we didn't have a lot of utencils or cooking gear. I think the apartment was also quite expensive and it was difficult to find the reception because you have to go to the reception at a nearby hotel. We didn't know this so we spent a lot of time trying to find the reception. Also, the numbers of the apartments are difficult to see and not in a specific order so after getting the key, we had problems finding the right apartment.
good restaurant food
Studios are half a mile up hill from main building--no street lighting, for walk back after dinner in main building or in town.Didn't want to drive as we wanted wine with dinner. Staff were helpful as we were collected & returned. had to get out of bed to use bedside light.
Easy access to the Grand Canyon on the National Park shuttle.
The reception area is not well signposted and was hard to find. It's at the north east corner of the large hotel complex
It is quiet and close to the Grand Canyon South Rim
The facilities in the apartment is rather dated
The apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Stay in family 2 bedrooms apartment on 2nd fllor which was very specious (can stay up to 6 people). The family room is 300m away from front office which will be no problem if driving. Location is in same areas as many other hotels which is not far from grand canyon entrance. There is public washing machine on first floor but we did not use though
Have to carry bags up to 2nd floor but it's ok
cleanliness proximity to park
wi-fi was a bit slow even for emails
The location and size of the facility.
That the appartments were so remote from the office. The price was a bit high too for the off season. We were there in early May.
It was a very comfortable flat. It has a very good position..
We could not use any time the WiFi. Nobody could help us.
Our apartment was lovely and spotless!
The staff at the reception desk were not well trained. One person was helping all the different groups while others stood around.
