we stayed for one night, my wife got stung in the face by a scorpion, then we find bed bugs in our bed. was supposed to be a relaxing two day getaway with my wife. Was not the case at. we have reached out to the help desk multiple times and no response. we even told the staff on premises and she laughed.. such a shame. nice place, nice location. poorly maintained.AAnonymous - 4.0Scored 4.0

Would only recommend for someone wanting to stay longer than 2 days so they could have the bathroom water issue fixed. Not for someone unless they want to drive to an from (with wet bathing suit) the pool

My family and I had a great weekend here! I hope to come back soon, I enjoyed the lakeview and the time away from city life. Great place to make memories with the ones you hold and love dear. There's alot of places to go for dining out and the Brookshire Brothers grocery store there was fantastic!AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

What a beautiful area to spend time with your family and friends. My son brought his boat, and they all went either fishing or pulling everyone around in a water boat and having the best time throwing them out and around the water they all had so much fun. Then going to all the different areas, you can go and float the rives. We went to the bottomless boat to see the fish and turtles we loved that it was so relaxing. And then my crew followed up with playing water volleyball in the pool. They have music at night and fun around the pool. It was our first time and not our last. Just remember to ask for the elevator area if you cannot do stairs that was a little hard for me, but I did make it. They have the most amazing Italian restaurant a must go too. Our vacation home was the best we have ever stayed at! Comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. The screened porch was wonderful to sit on and watch the deer playing in the yard. We can't wait to go back and stay again! It was spacious but cozy and well maintained. It was just lovely. The neighborhood is quiet during evening hours and we felt so comfortable. I just can't think of any drawbacks to staying here!RandaUnited States of America

Also the river entrance is right behind the condo…. And if you want to grill there are 2 grills….good size balcony where everyone an chill and have their drinks/foods an look out at the river… If you want to have a great time this is the spot….I come float the river every year and I normally stay at another resort along the river but this time I got lucky and this was available….

Loved the game room and hot tub and the private backyard surrounded by trees. The fire pit was perfect for the cold evenings and the hot tub warmed us up while we relaxed 😎 loved the lake view from the large living room windows and bedroom. Super comfy bed and pillows! Air hockey was a blast and so was the old school pac man arcade. Lots of fun photo ops! Will definitely be back! And pet friendly too!AAmberUnited States of America

The lake is right in your face! it’s quiet and deer are on your steps. it would be a great place to stay if you are enjoying the lake or exploring Canyon Lake! it is close to some amazing restaurants, food trucks, and bars. Parking is easy and close to your door.

All the amenities were excellent. Bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was great for congregating. Close access to the river was very nice.
