Very clean, well maintained, despite being an older facility. At the price, an excellent value. Oh yeah, great Wi-fi.
Not much in the way of restaurant choices in the town. Not the motel's fault, but our main dislike.
Location met our needs and the price was right for our overnight stay.
Airconditioner was very noisy and there was a musty smell to the rooms.
This is not an expensive motel but it doesn't mean it's not comfortable. One of the nicest low-price motels I have been to. If you need a place to sleep and recharge it is a perfect place
We had been traveling awhile and were so tired. When we entered the room, we were so pleased with how it looked. The beds were so soft and comfortable.
The tv had a lot of static.
Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet!
Location. I travel with my dog and it was easy to take him out when he needed to go
old and not in good condition not well maintained
Clean Well maintained Close to everything in Monticello No noise from the street
Pet Friendly, convenient location, easy check-out
No clock, no tissues
Very nice people running the place.
AC unit was noisy and did not cool very well.
The room was clean, and the WiFi signal was good.
The outside is fairly rough looking, it could use some TLC.
There is a new flat screen TV but you have to overlook the rest of the 60 ' s - 70's - 80's decor to appreciate it.
Dirty and dated. From the floor to the ceiling this place needs a complete overhaul. Furniture, carpet, bed coverings are several decades old. I can't imagine when this room had a thorough cleaning. The shower curtain was even dirty! I refused to turn on the air conditioner due to the filthy condition of the vents. The fridge was unplugged when I got there so not much help in chilling down my foods. The microwave sits on the counter space next to the sink so it takes up all the room. Please at least clean the room and then contact Hotel Impossible to work on decor. Just one room at a time.
The owner was very friendly upon our arrival . Put our group in adjoining rooms which was nice . Laundry facilities very good a bit cramped but good . Close to restaurants and a bit of shopping (with in walking distance ).
The room was clean
The floor was very squeaky
Dogs accepted, bathroom was updated.
Carpeting, door knob didn't work well.
Well maintained and clean motel. Well located in Monticello, UT.
No breakfast included.
It was a hotel. Friendly staff, I'm glad there was wifi.
No pool, no breakfast, pretty much the bare basics.
This motel was acceptable, although quite expensive given its age and quality of furnishings.
I wouldn't recommend Monticello as a place to stay. Whistle stop town with very few facilities. Moab is much much nicer. However it was fully booked during atv week so we had to stay in Monticello. The motel's laundry was the most expensive one we encountered in our travels, and the blankets in the room were not clean at all.
The location was good for our travel plans
The bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is very convenient for entry to Needles District of Canyonlands National Park.
It is an older place that is a bit beat up. Shower fan was too noisy to tolerate. Noise from neighboring rooms too.
very friendly staff, laundry directly at motel
Staff was friendly...
It smelled like it used to be a smoking room, carpet was dirty, the lock was broken, had to have 4 hands to open it. Hair in the tub.....
A very good hotel, clean and very new.
The soap and lotion for the shower weren't enough for two people.
Convenient to Canyonlands Needles section. Great value. Clean, comfortable.
Felt insecure because of poor locks
