HEAT LIGHT IN BATHROOM AND GOOD HOT WATER
IT'S RUNDOWN CONDITION
Room had foul smell, light bulb burned out in room, staff wouldn't refund dollar lost in vending machine, and difficult to access rooms on second floor as no elevator and porch chairs blocked path of travel to rooms.
Place and friendliness of stuff. Family business with a charming touch.
The wifi was weak, but ok had to sleep anyway.
It was a place to sleep overnight
Dirty Carpets, Marginal Wi-Fi, General lack of maintenance, moldy corners in bathroom, In serious need of upgrades, over priced for low quality room.
Comfortable in spite of age of the facility.
Heating unit was very noisy.
WIFI was slow or unreachable.
the "hot" shower water are just warm and not really hot, other than that an OK budget motel
Carpets were dirty. Bathroom was smelly.
We had a deer accident with our rental car 3 mi south of Monticello, shortly before arriving at the motel. The owner was very helpful when we had to deal with the accident and the car replacement, which was a hastle. Clean and spacious rooms, good value for money and an obvious choice in Monticello. PS Avoid driving the Monticello - Blanding road in the dark, it holds the game accident record in Utah
Wifi so fast!!!
Wifi connection was unstable; often could not connect or stay connected.
Wonderful value. Great staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Their suggestions enriched our vacation. Hotel is older, but room was comfortable and clean. We ended up staying for three days.
Wifi was difficult at times. No clock or bedside lamp.
Good location if you are headed to the Needles Canyonlands.
Poor wifi connection
After out sightseeing all day it was easy to find and a convenient drive. Staff/owner was very nice and was helpful about several things. it was pretty much what one should expect for the price. I had attempted to book a room at the mountain view but they were so rude I am glad we got to stay here
It was a dated location even though they have tried to keep it up there were still some important details they seem to be missing. There is no place to really eat in this town so don't come hungry and expect options.
Large room comfortable bed.
Difficult to get on the Wi-Fi. Not much of a restaurant selection.
Good place to sleep with good parking.
Not like the picture. Poor TV reception, no wifi and no pool.
easy access to room....owner very accomodating....price was in the "get what you pay for" catagory and though the motel was an older property the room was clean and contained necessary items.
fan in the bath was loud enough to bother all adjoining rooms...so I didn't use it [only me so not a problem] ...TV reception was not good but 'watchable'
Price and wifi
Room was dirty .... carpet, door, sink. TV did not work on first arrival.
the cost! The WiFi the location
Is there a motel in the USA that has a quiet Air Con Unit? Stayed one night and the price was right, if you want more look elsewhere.
No wifi signal in the room. Very noisy room when you are sleeping in the lower part - creaky floor. And when someone in the other room is taking shower you think he is in your bathroom.
Very clean, well maintained, despite being an older facility. At the price, an excellent value. Oh yeah, great Wi-fi.
Not much in the way of restaurant choices in the town. Not the motel's fault, but our main dislike.
It was available at a reasonable price. Staff was all business, I.e Reserved: fill out the forms, verify the credit card, take the key. Room was clean. Refrigerator/freezer worked.
The town has limited restaurant facilities. It would have been helpful if advertising fliers were available in the office or room. Shower could use a non-slip mat on the tub floor.
Location met our needs and the price was right for our overnight stay.
Airconditioner was very noisy and there was a musty smell to the rooms.
This is not an expensive motel but it doesn't mean it's not comfortable. One of the nicest low-price motels I have been to. If you need a place to sleep and recharge it is a perfect place
