The lodge, the staff and the town.
Relaxing atmosphere and outside lounging facilities. Superb staff!
Some rooms are small - but very clean.
The location and price. It was central between, Lake Powell, Zion National Park, Bryce National Park and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The price was reasonable. Breakfast provided at a motel across the street was excellent. Had a great musical show on the lawn one evening.
The room was small.
Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Decorations good for 2 stars.
Tiny rooms. Pricy for the level of comfort and size of room.
nice comfortable place to stay
first day had trouble getting tv on
The warm welcome. Small rustic lodge centrally located in Kanab, good variety of eating places a short walk away. Loved Rocky Vs, had two great dinners there. We were able to drive a short distance out of town and as it went dark watch the stars come out.
Nothing we didn't like.
location, cleanliness, hospitality, full breakfast.
road noise, wind with sand during storm. suggest installing wind break alongside parking lot facing west.
Huge room Swimming pool Fast wi-fi
Extremely limited choice and poor quality of breakfast. Nothing remotely fresh. Would expect a lot better for the money.
Good breakfast, excellent location on way to Zion and Death valley
Very small room, and in front of the smoking area, thus enjoyed delight of cigar smoke through the night
Nicely decorated, personal touch to the rooms, very friendly and helpful staff
Beds were far too soft, which was one reason we didn't sleep gold. The other was the noise from above, seems the ceiling amplifies Evers step the people above us made.
Excellent breakfast. The hotel is very nice in forniture and service
Small room, of for 1 night. Very noisy air conditioned.
Welcoming, atmosphere, design, clean, fireplace and pool outside, lovely owner and dog.
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It worked perfectly for a one night stop between Zion and the Grand Canyon but we definitely would have stayed another night. They had an awesome fire with two singers and drinks on Saturday night. We loved the decor. We felt very comfortable here and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!
Excellent staff, lovely patio, clean rooms
Internet was not working well in the room
Travis was an amazing Host, nothing was to much trouble. Room was clean and well presented, the grounds were impressively well maintained. Close to everything in terms of Zion park bit further was Bryce caynon but worth the drive, we stayed four days and enjoyed every minute!
Brown sheets sorry just prefer white!! Lol
Very pretty property. A lot has been done to make the stay comfortable and a lot of thought has been put into the little details. Pleasant staff.
We booked two rooms and the cheaper one was really tiny . They call it cosy! Next to a noisy road although it was quiet at night
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice outside area with pool, sofas, easy chairs etc. Cosy rooms, too
Breakfast was good but coffee not to our taste - rather bitter. The breakfast room was generally rather tight for the amount of guests.
Staff are friendly and helped a lot. Room is clean and comfort.
Bed is too small
Travis was very kind Rooms are clean and look nice WiFi was good Breakfast was good
nice wooden structure, great atmosphere
Some rooms are way too small for two people!!! Hardly room for the bed + desk. Add two suitcases and you have a problem! Heat makes noisy A/C necessary for comfort at night.
Clean, comfortable, attention to detail. Lots of little extras that made the stay really great. We loved this hotel.
Nice place, seating outside under the trees enjoying a drink at night.
The breakfast was disappointing. Not enough seating and quite some things had run out. Vacuum cleaning should be done better. Especially under the beds.
the lovingly prepared breakfast, the furnishings, the quiet location
The staff made us feel that we were guests rather than customers- starting with the welcoming glass of wine. The attention to the details and quality of the room and furnishings is first class. We are looking forward to our next visit. A small detail but I like having a real key rather than a plastic card and the bottle opener fob is a hoot. Thanks for making the last two nights of a long trip so memorable. Don and Sheryl
Can not think of a thing.
Welcoming and comfortable, Canyons Inn was our home away from home. Although small, rooms were clean and amenities included a nice pool area, fire pit, continental breakfast, and bikes to hop on at leisure for a ride to downtown Kanab or through the town's interesting residential neighborhoods. The laid back style of the hotel complimented the surrounding red rock vistas and canyons. Both owner and staff were helpful and indulgent of guests, serving up wine and snacks along with friendly conversation at the fire pit.Travis, Ron, and dog Siba you guys rock! Felt like I truly got to know you and I will definitely book with you again on my next trip to Kanab - which quite frankly couldn't be soon enough. Thanks for your frienship and a great place to come back to in the future. Fabulous experience.
