location was great close by to shopping and other restaurants, on location Hearth & Kettle was excellent - good food and service, nice property could relax anywhere that we couldn't stay longer, we were only there for the weekend the bed was a little too soft

Went to use the wave pool for grandchild birthday party. Staff was wonderful and upgraded us to a luxury connecting (two room rental) rooms, at no additional charge. Early check-in and late check-out. Great time. There was nothing to dislike

The fireplace, the 2 full baths (1 up and 1 down) loft suite, cleanliness and the restaurant had good food. The bed was not comfortable. You rolled into a pot hole on both sides. It was more comfortable for us to sleep at the foot of the bed.

Location Fireplace Noise level. Families with older children (who stay up late and like to sleep in) should never be placed next to families with young children when the walls are paper thin! The first morning was horrible! A baby crying for hours, parents YELLING at young children. All at 6:00-7:00 a.m. We were exhausted the whole next day. Not a very good trip. I would not stay there again with my teen agers.

I had a massage at the Spa and Nancy was excellent. I attended a self-publishing workshop sponsored by the Cape Cod Writers group. I thought the service at the conference was terrible. The water pitcher, coffee and pastries were not replenished and the tray of dirty cups and saucers from the morning were sitting on trays at the end of the day.

Room decor was good...linens were fresh and white. Room was very clean. Cleaning crew did a great job! The shower walls were cracked and bulging out as if they wete to collasp at any moment and maint had to come in our room and remove the toilet and replace it while we were at the pool because it was leaking into the next room!

The wave pool is a great attraction for taking our granddauughter would highly recomend to friends. I booked on line for one price $120.000 and when we check out additinal $100.00. Ithought booking threw you that should have been the total?

Very clean with a friendly staff. Quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the entertainment in the restaurent . They tastefully decorated the grounds for the holiday. Well stocked gift shop. Rooms very clean and well maintained. We booked 2 nights on line and ended up staying a third night since we enjoyed it so much. Very relaxing . Just what we were looking for after a hectic holiday season! Sheets didn't fit the king size bed!

My kids & i loved the Cape Codder Resort&hope to go back soon. The hotel was much nicer than I thought &impecablly clean with the most comfortable beds. The wave pool was a huge bonus with the kids&outdoor heated pool was an unexpected treat. Great place, would highly reccommend it!

We had a fabulous time! My older daughter had the spa and my younger son had the wave pool. My husband and I had a lot less complaining than our usual family trips! The Hearth n Kettle was a lot more money than we have experienced in the past and the food was good not great. We were a little disappointed because it has been one of our favorite places in years past.

Clean ,friendly,great pools! Indoor wave pool was huge kid attraction-sure parents had troubles getting kids to leave. Restaurant on-site,average food. No elevators in some sections-have to drag bags up to 2nd floors.

Crowding was minor considering it was Labor Day weekend. Location and both indoor and outdoor pools were great. Very clean Minor issues. No mirrors in the room. only in the bathroom. height of Bathroom mirror was not usable for anyone over 6ft tall. Game room was unbearably HOT!!. A/C was off or could not keep up with the heat of the game room machines.
