It's a pet friendly resort.
Room and the service.
being charged for parking! Could have been cleaner!
The free WiFi didn't work with our cell phones or iPad. Our reservation had free parking but at check-in they wanted to charge us for parking --- took copy of registration and they deducted after talking to 2 different people. We added an extra night to our booking but hotel stated they never received notification.
The location was great and very close to the beach.
The one down fall is pool closes at 10 pm, and after getting in late was looking forward to some soaking relaxation, but was told to get out.
THe handicap parking was full of cruise line guest leaving none for the hotel guests. 6.00 a day for parking sinful
pool and hot tub front desk not helpful But Andy afternoon manager was helpful
Poor maintenance light burned out, noise from fridg and broken toket seat. Attendant really couldn't care.
Sound proofing terrible .felt like couple in room next to us were in our room . This hotel is very old fashioned and tired . I think busy only because of location to the cruise ships .
The extra charge for parking and you can't find any parking in the hotel parking lot.
Location location !!!
Upkeep of buildings not great..needs a paint!
Tub in bedroom was unusual.
There was no parking available. To add insult, the front desk person wanted to charge $6 for parking after my reservation indicated there was free parking.
Rooms are rather small
clean rooms, nice pool. breakfast was 10$ extra but defintetely worth it, the best we had in a hotel on our trip.
We made reservations for a double. When we arrived they only had a king size bed. The full out did not work and we had to call for a roll away bed. The couch in the suite had stains all over the fabric. There was hair in the jacuzzi tub and in the shower.
The front desk provided extra shampoo and conditioner when asked.
Worn look and unemotional staff.
Unique layout a plus. Insufficient parking if you're out late. Veneer of clean and maintained.. A little off putting. But enjoyed the feeling there. Hope it improves, would stay again. Staff very flat.
Need to clarify that booking does not include parking...should give that option as you can get it by booking direct with the hotel.
Ease of getting to cruise port Pool
It was disappointing that there was not a restaurant open for lunch on the day we arrived.
Close to the cruise ship. Free shuttle.
Bad (inflateble) beds
Location. Close to Kennedy Space Center.
WiFi a bit iffy in room
Pool, hot tub, LED-TV, fridge, micro all in a quiet located comfortable room
Restaurant , very expensive for breakfest, when you can get a hotel for the same price including breakfast, dinner was great though
Location, it was close to everything, we took local bus, stopped right in front of hotel. The bed wss amazing
We had a very bad breakfast experience in that my food arrived in about 10 min. It also arrived with my wife's toast on my plate. We had to ask for her eggs 3 times before they arrived and that was 30 min after ordering. When we asked we where told by our waitress that it was coming. We also had to ask repeatedly for coffee even when the staff walked by with a pot in hand. We finally complained to the manager who apologized and said it would not happen again but I did not get a warm feeling when he told me that. When we asked for the bill nobody said anything and I finally went up to the manager to ask for it and then he told me that it was no charge. We appreciate that but it would have been nice if someone had told us so we did not sit their waiting for our bill.
Off in the boondocks...... We had to walk outside a great distance to get to other facilities and the parking was limited.
Pool and bar
They had a king bed squeezed into a small room, barely enough to turn around. Should have had a queen bed in that room.
Good location, well kept and close to good restaurants.
I did not like the sleep number bed.
We liked that we were close enough to walk to a store and some restaurants. We were going on a cruise and we could see our ship from our room.
