New, comfortable, excellent service, the quality like 6 stars Hotel with reasonable price. Good food.
It was my sisters birthday. The staff surprised her with champagne and cupcakes. She loved and this was a special memorable stay vacation for the both of us. I especially loved the personalized attention. Ethan was amazing. The open check out was fantastic as it gave us time to sleep in. The roof top and pool was fantastic.
I loved everything.
From the time of arrival at the hotel to departure was like war. The concierge staff rushed out on sighting the car that brought me. It was a very impressive reception. The room cleaners to the reception people were wonderful. You could breed the air of friendliness that you are wanted in the hotel. Though the property was not a new one the conversion was well done. I look forward to visiting again. Idakwo Room 307.
My dislike was the complimentary break fast. That was not break fast for a guest that paid over $2500 for just two nights. The paid breakfast should have been buffet for people to serve themselves fast and move out fast particularly on a week day. Time is important. On the whole it was not bad. Idakwo. Room 307
