Breakfast could have been better and free Wifi should be standard.
Staff friendly.. Bed extremely comfortable Location excellent
Good location, friendly and helpful staff.
Lack of restaurant, although limited menu could be obtained at the bar, however seating not conducive to dining.
Location. Best carrot cake on the planet!
Not a thing
Great location, you can see the white House from the front of the hotel.I had no problems with this hotel the room was fine, clean and the bed comfortable. Convenient to everything and good for the hop-on bus. I did not eat at the hotel and so cannot comment but there places to eat close by. All in all a good stay
The bed was amazingly comfortable.
For the money, parking was outrageous, wi-fi should have been included, room was small, not enough towels, no microwave, no refrigerator, and no continental breakfast. The room was not freshened up the second night, had to call down to make that request. (Left card on pillow as instructed if we wanted bedding changed and clean towels, but did not receive anything.)
Clean, the room was really big.
Our floor smelled like smoke
Restaurant prices Parking charges
Bartender seemed to think we were a bother by coming to the bar and ordering a drink.
Most hotels we stay in offer WIFI without additional fees. Impossible to cost per day what you charge for WIFI. Insulting to those of us aware what the connection to the electronic world costs. I went to Starbucks for my free WIFI. Room was on 5th floor. The street noise was very disturbing
The room we had was large with a couch and entry area. The furnishings were new and stylish
The smell of the room. It smelled like mildew. My husband said he didnt smell anything but he did complain about being stuffy the next morning.
people! The staff was great. Concierge was very nice and very helpful. The bell hop's were great and very helpful also. The location was great. close to trains and walking distance from the white house. Many good restaurants in walking distance
street side was noisy like any city.
Mr. Million was excellent servant and made our stay interesting. All staff did a great job making my grandson happy.
everything was o.k.
Only the location
- greetings with a smile and lots of offers to help me with my luggage - The mattress and linens were perfect - my room, mini suite was cute and well lit
- The trash truck waking me up at 6:00 a.m - the bar not serving food after 10:30 p.m.
Staff was VERY helpful, especially the parking staff. Size of room was very large, loved the sofa and bar area. Well managed. We have found our D.C. hotel!
No problems at all
Clean, good service and good location
You need to pay for the gym. Should come as free!! No movies available on free to air TV. No free wifi in the room.
Valet service and valet staff. Location Room was clean.
Front desk staff made us feel like we didn't belong.
The location is good, near the White House and other places of interest.
Warm water was not always available, which is rather strange for an expensive 4-star hotel. Old windows did not close properly. A/C was very loud. Wifi in the room too expensive. I think you can get more value for money elsewhere.
Room was comfortable
Paying for parking
I loved the ambiance in the room, the comfort of the beds and the coffee in the room. Having available breakfast made me choose this hotel for my stay.
The choice for breakfast could have have included some meat dishes.
Good location. Very comfortable bed
No free wifi in the rooms
