Nothing in the room, no coffee maker, no alarm clock, no garbage pail in bathroom, very unappealing, lady behind counter said it was due to theft!!!
I enjoyed the staff on duty that day who went or attempted to go above and beyond to help assist me with services and needed items. It appears that this guy needs a better hotel to conduct business because his professionalism was bar none but was just in the wrong situation for employment. I commended the hotel staff for being the only positive light to my experience.
Im not one to comment on the conditions of hotels...but this hotel ranked as one of the worst I have stayed in. Initially my reservation didnt go through. then I called Customer service to have them refax the confirmation. Upon going into the room, My television did not work and the power button was missing. While troubleshooting with the televison, I discovered a few old dirty socks beside the dresser which had an odor to them. Staff had to retrieve a cable cord then program a remote control. While on the bed, one bed was off the headboard and boxspring, and the other bed was stained as if the bed was at least 8 years old. while using the restroom, there was no toilet paper. I again contacted the staff in which he told me there was no paper available at this time so he would search for some. After waiting 45 minutes for the toilet paper, I decided to go get some paper from the local store. I returned after 20 mins and staff still hasnt located any paper. Upon brushing my teeth, the sink was clogged after 5 secs of running water. The clog from the sink allowed gunk, hair, old food, etc to surface and float around the sink, making it a bit disgusting to brush your teeth with a visual of essentially a garbage disposals garbage. Was in a suite with no cups silverware, pots pans, etc. No trash can in the room and the bed covers looked about as old as the bed or older. I have been in an estimate of about 200 hotels in my life and this has been one of my worst experiences ever.
The staff helps out allot
The first room I was in has a BAD smell and the carpets were drenched. They moved me to another room... it had bed bugs...
Location and quiet
Staff was clueless and customer service was combative! Room looked too old and worn and could have been cleaner! Reservation was lost and no compromise!
The deal on the room......
the location of the hotel was great, the staff was good.and over all the hotel was good.
called the front desk to complain about loud music being played and the front desk staff at the time did nothing.the music continued to be loud for the time i was there at the hotel.
The first room we were put in had the front cover off the heat/ac unit with a note attached that the compressor was burned up. There were no pillows, no towels, the smoke detector beeped every 60 seconds and the shower handle was missing so there would be no way to turn the water on. I had to take my luggage from the third floor back to the front office and request a new room. She gave me a first floor unit and the keys didn't work so I had to go back. She used a regular key and got in. A couple hours later, I left and came back and the key she have me didn't work either. At that point she walked down again and let us in with a regular key and I told her to keep the card key because the next time I left the room I'd be checking out.
It was pretty cheap for the 2 double beds I got 45 dollars roughly.
It was generally dirty, the fridge was busted inside, the cabinets were discolored and broken in places. The place needs some tlc.
Liked that there was a freezer and stove top
Very loud and uncomfirtable. Was kept up til 3 am by being able to hear through thin walls. Despite calling the front desk twice there was never any resolve in the noise above us and outside our door.
Didn't have enough towels, only one set and a thin extra one, for two people. Asked for another set and was basically told , "no". Was given some song and dance about bringing the ones we have down and they would wash them. There was no hair dryer in the room and they did not have one at the desk to loan us. I expect to have a hairdryer available in the places where I stay. The room could use some refurbishing. The bed's headboard was missing some detailing in the center. Couldn't figure out why the room had two TV'S. It was a suite, with a kitchenette, but had only one glass.
Nothing!!! Except leaving. If it had not been so late when we arrived we would not have stayed.
- Took over 10 minutes to get someone to service desk when we arrived - rooms smelled of animal urine - dirty sheets - grandson was almost attacked by large dog - ants and roaches - drug deals in parking lot room for 4 adults had 1 towel
Dirty, warm room, ac smells from smoking that's why we could not use. Neigboors whos live there are loud. No towels, door in toilet/bathroom can't close, etc...
Staff was friendly. We did not stay and did get a refund without any issues. Had we been able to stay, we think we would of like the room as its appearence was nice.
Our first room smelled so bad we had to change rooms. The second room we received looked as if someone else was recently in it. The door wouldn't lock. There was only one towel, a pillow was missing, counter top has dried food on it, bathroom light was blown. Door latch broken(hanging on door) and bed looked slept in. This was room 212.
There was still trash in the trash can. The door with the key card was not working The front desk had to unlock the room everytime we left . The toilet made a weird noise everytime it flushed. The room was hot as fire when we first got inside.
Location. Initial clerk was friendly. Janitorial staff very friendly. Maintenance staff very friendly
Asked for non-smoking rm. It was not, tried to cover up smoke with freshner. Microwave and toaster missing. I requesgted it and clerk was rude. Had to request towels and additional toilet paper. 1St set of towels dingy. Water was out in the middle of the night on Friday. Went to desk and manager was rude. Aslo saw roaches crawling up the wall the day we were checking out. When I got home, clothes smelled of smoke.
The price was good. That's about all.
I did not like all of the people hanging in the breeze ways and being loud. When I booked the hotel it said lodge of America but when I get there the name was changed, so the system needs to be updated with the real name. I did not feel comfortable there at all but you get what you pay for I guess.
ac worked well. bed comfortable. Nice to have the micro and fridge!
