Difficult to get a cab. Dog walking hotel halls. Suspicious characters roaming halls. We did not feel safe at this hotel.

Seedy atmosphere..

Price, staff. Location was fair for the price and easy to commute to/from Manhattan.

The breakfast. They offered one packaged candy like coffee cake. I think its better to remove the breakfast included. The room we had was a nonsmoking among several smoking rooms. It smelled like someone was smoking all the time. The area is rather ugly.

Nice room, really big bed.

The breakfast is from 5am to 8am, and the Sushi restaurant close to the hotel was closed at 9pm!

Felt a tad rundown... but acceptable.

The room was clean and mattress/box springs are wrapped in plastic. No bed bugs! It's in a great location!

The walls are rather thin! Just turned the TV or radio up!

It was a nice place to stay!!!!!!

While booking the hotel it was shown that the Breakfast will be provided. But in the hotel breakfast was not served. TV was not working. The staff did not attend despite making call.

Access to the center of NY city, with an express bus.

During reservation, it was informed that breakfast was included. However, we got a very very poor breakfast, even I cannot call it continental breakfast! Only coffee and some cakes. No milk, no bread and etc... One day we found only muffin & coffee, staff told us I had no time to prepare more cake:)

One young Indian chap who was helpful and a credit to the hotel but his hands were tied. The bed was comfortable!

Firstly they said on website that they are 9km from NY and they are not for 30-40km away.. I am a diabetic and we did let everyone know when booking and the breakfast was poor, nothing for Diabetics and I did ask for them to change this but they refused. I was forced to eat either a Danish or a Muffin, there is nothing nearby for me to pop out to. There was one young Indian chap who was helpful but he wasn't able to help as his hands were tied.,all the others were very unhelpful. I will never sty in this hotel again.

It was a very well stay. Specially because the bus stop to New York was stone throws away...

We came in a day early and without hesitatation offered us the same rate. Our light in the bathroom did not work so again without hesitation they moved us to a bigger room with no change in rate. They were very accommodating.

Breakfast is really just some Danish and muffins.

Plenty of parking. Simple bus ride to midtown Manhattan and good supermart across the car park.

I found the reception staff un-interested and unhelpful. The condition of the Inn is well past it's best and the rooms were dirty with rubish under the beds. The breakfast is an absolute joke; a single small cake and a supposedly fresh ground coffee but I have seen stronger dish washing water. I'm sure to describe the rate as including 'continental breakfast' is breaking the Trades Description Act. The room above either needed the bed fixing or the people in there were just extremely active all night. Heard reception negotiating a rate for use of a room for 3 hours so I think you can guess what is going on there! Overall very disapointed.

Location was good. Good value for the money. Seemed to be clean. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Will use again.

Lighting was a little dark, and could use some extra pillows. Other than that, it was a great stay.

La atención fue muy buena, la habitación con buen espacio. A 2 minutos de la estación del bus 165 T que es el expreso que va a New York en 30 minutos, llegando a la central de buses. El desayuno con pastelitos y café o chocolate está bien.

Das Zimmer war mit großem Flatscreen, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Zimmer war groß, großes Bett.

Die Lage: Mitten in einem Industriegebiet, zwar mit Busanbindung nach New York aber im näheren Umkreis gibt es relativ wenig.

Es un hotel que queda a 30 minutos en bus de nyc y la estación del bus esta a 1 minuto a pie del hotel. Hay un Starbucks para desayunar a 10 minutos caminando del hotel. Al lado del hotel hay un restaurante Japonés muy bueno con precios muy cómodos. Es un lugar tranquilo y aseado, ademas el personal esta siempre dispuesto a colaborar. Por el precio del hotel, realmente es muy cómodo apenas para pasar la noche.

Es un motel de paso para conductores, así que es mas para pasar la noche, El desayuno que dicen que ofrecen es un cafe de maquina con un muffin de paquete.

Tarif intéressant, pas loin de New York (arrêt de bus à quelques mètres de l'hôtel.

Je n'ai jamais réussi à téléphoner de puis la chambre de l'hôtel.

車をおくスペースが沢山あってよかった。 歩いて行けるＨマートで果物などが買えて便利でよかった。

7人で４部屋に泊まりました。 一階のお部屋はリノベーションされていて清潔で浴室もきれいでしたが、二階の３部屋はすべて水はちょろちょ- ろと細くしか出ず、部屋全体が一階に比べると汚く感じました。 また、朝食付きというのに、ゆっくりいくとパンはありませんでした。 オレンジジュース類もありませんでした。

La chambre que j avais reservé avec booking .com n etait pas disponible Leur dejeuner inclus etait des muffins et brioches il n y avait meme pas de jus. C ' etait mediorque comme dejeuné

Posizione vicina alla fermata del bus 165 che porta in centro a Manhattan, camera nella media.

Loschi figuri abitavano I corridoi del motel (fumandoci) e più di una sera abbiamo visto la polizia pattugliarne il parcheggio antistante. Frigorifero che congelava le bevande e acqua calda con getto molto carente.

très bien situé, quinze minutes de new York et vraiment pas chère
