I figured a place with a 6.3 rating would be a little better. While I was not expecting the world from this place, I honestly don't know how the health department allows it to remain open. I was honestly worried to sleep in this inn
extremely easy to get to & from metlife stadium. clean, quiet and worth the price to stay overnight!
Rooms were very dirty. Toiltets weren't cleaned in the room. Reception took a copy of my drivers license. I was traveling far and I booked this place as a rest stop. This hotel must be removed from booking.com. This place should be reviewed by board of health.
Grim greeting at reception. A smile would help the drab atmosphere.
The hotel was terrible and disgusting. The room was filthy with food stains on the ceiling, black mold in the bathroom and cigarette burns on the all the blankets and sheets accompanied by stains. I will never stay here again not would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
Easy to get to from the Interstate by car Smoking room Comfy bed, TV that worked Lovely hot fierce shower Free infinite coffee
The long walk for the free coffee The location- it may be a safe neighbourhood but I didn't feel comfortable in the area after dark Long walk on dark streets to public transport (bus)
took 4 hours to get extra pillows
easy to find
the pillows and breakfast
everything, extremely poor experience
Proximity to major roadways - only positive
Smell of room and hallways, furniture very tired and very old, bedding had many holes in it, towels very, very hard, noise level during night high, not from guests, from machinery very high. Room small, but adequate, so size of room not a negative, walls in need of paint/repair. Rooms need a complete overhaul....worst room I ever stayed in. True cost was not bad at all, but stayed at the Red Roof for a few dollars more in NY and the quality cannot be compared. I would almost take it off your list if it were not for the nearness to many roadways.
The location is fairly good. Very close to the 165 Jersey Transit line Bus. The ticket is $6-$7 and it takes you near the central park and times square.
The room is not clean. We stayed for 3 nights and the room service didn't show up for cleaning in one of those days. The breakfast is terrible (coffee/tea with some muffins).
Faraway from New York City
WiFi was poor, they lost my reservation, the room had a damp carpet that smelled like urine, other guests were smoking marijuana, we never felt safe, whores coming and going, then they added a charge to my credit card that shouldn't have been charged so I had to call them and have them refund it.
Everything but the location
Ugly location, a bit scary. Two names made it hard to find.
The day that I checked out!
The place was dirty, the staff barley spoke english, the area was very bad. Never stay at this place if you like your family or yourself.
I like the priceand it's really close to shopping centers
I didn't like that all the machines of ice maker what's broken and you have to pay for the Ice. the air conditioner didn't work it was really bad and a half me to move to another room other than that its ok.
Thaks for avriting
air conditioner was not working right Realy por air conditioner
fair price, clean place!
Length of time to get keys, but yet we had 5 rooms so...
Close to work and restarantes
Matters is badly staged on the left side.
Don't base your first impression of the inn on the lobby. The rooms are much, much nicer than you would expect. Very big and clean. Close proximity to public transportation into the city, and the surrounding town was quaint.
Staff was friendly but not very good at communicating. Lobby had a consistent strange smell. Rooms could be rented by the hour, which was not very charming.
Quite place and stay. No noise and no disturbance.
No juice and drinking water in complimentary breakfast.
What like about Capri in was that it was close to MetLife stadiums and near by there was store to buy food and.please to say the people are friendly thank you little ferry .
I can't say any bad about my stay at Capri in.
The day staff was very friendly and accommodating
The room smelled musty, the broken mirror was duct taped, and in the evening the hotel catered to the by-the hour clientele.
People at front desk very polite. Rooms were clean. Very comfortable. It was a great experience.
IT WAS IN A GOOD AREA AND PRETTY CLEAN. OVERALL I WAS HAPPY WITH MY STAY
FREE BREAKFAST WAS JUST SOME MUFFINS, BEDS WERE A LITTLE FIRM AND THEY GAVE ME TWO SHAMPOOS INSTEAD OF 1 ONE EACH.
