The staff made the stay better, for the price; the room was a good deal. Secondly, the restaurant, bar and boardwalk exits make it very easy to forget your worries and relax. The beach view from the restaurant was stunning and room was spacious after settling in; which made for a comfy get away. Thank you for a much needed relaxing weekend.

Smelled like drugs. Had to open the door to just get the smell out some. Tried to get some help and staff didn't do anything. Everytime we came back in the smell hit our faces my kids couldn't do anything and would never do it again.

Staff was great. The hotel has a quiet time policy after 9pm which is great for people that like to turn in early. The breakfast was good, the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit. Overall in definetly would stay again.

The staff was outstanding. With all the craziness of the wedding each member addressed our needs and helped in facilitating them. The Spa worked with us to the fullest to get us ready. The next day brunch was also absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making our day and stay so memorable ❤️

Sunrise Hwy and area around the hotel have a choice of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was cold & we rented a car to get around. Staff provided menus so we could order & have food delivered. We had a great lunch at Volcano 081!

Through the window, you can only see parked cars and traffic on the expressway less than 40 meters away. The air conditioning unit is very old, dirty and noisy. General stuffiness in the room. Old furniture and carpets. For this money I expected bearable conditions. Never stay overnight at this hotel again! The water in the bathroom (old bathroom without a bidet and dingy) drained poorly. when it comes to breakfast, I haven't eaten such terrible food in 30 years!ChristophGermany
