The price what was attractive. The location was of some concern but I did not have any incidents related to this. The parking lot needs some work.

Staff was friendly. Had a mini fridge and microwave and was only 50 bucks. Right down the road from all the fun city stuff. Most of all I felt safe. It was a bit bright through the curtains from the parking lot and the bed was kinda hard. Not too bad though.

The location is awesome if you don't want to be far, at all , from the power and light district but not in it, and not spending a ton of money for a bed and shower. The outside is still to be redone but the rooms are what they have put their focus too. Do not be alarmed by the outside appearance this is an independent family owned and ran they also stay there 24 hours a day. Our cab was 30 minutes late making us late for a concert the owner and the guy who checked us in being the same person had his father drive us to the sprint center so we'd make it on time, no shuttle service but they go above and beyond for the customer i would stay there again and tend to for future sprint concerts, for the price you can't beat it.

The place was clean and the room was in order. The shower and bathroom were clean, which I think is the most important aspect of judging a motel. The location, when pulling up at 3AM, seemed a bit sketchy. BUT, it is super close to the highway so you can get on the road quick!

The operator told us my girlfriend and I that we could check out as late as 1pm, on two different occasions that morning, and then beat on the door for several minutes at noon, while we were in the shower. We said that we were in the shower and would speak to him momentarily, but then he said "you need to leave or we will kick your ass out". After I dressed, I went down to talk to him man to man, to peaceably work things out, and he was still defiant hiding behind the bulletproof glass. After seeing that arguing would get us nowhere, I left. I would never stay or recommend this place to anyone! The Best Western is a little more expensive but 100 times nicer and friendlier!

the owners were very friendly and as helpful as they could be- your room was not cleaned unless you requested it-was not told that from the start.rooms were adequate for the average person but the furniture not so nice. But i still would recommend for that price

The check in process was painlesss. I would discourage a late night check in. Horrible. First the location is the worst possible in the entire kc area. The room was dirty, outdated is an understatment. Bare bones. Had to call the front desk to ask for tv Remote, Trash Can, cups, soap, etc. The beds are extremely hard. Rough area, lots of late night police activity in the area, lots of fighting outside the hotel. Found a plae the next day on another site 100 times better for less money.

Cheap and many rooms Even though I booked it before a day, there is the room I can stay. I didn't have any choice at that time. So, I have to stay Capri Motel. While I used the bus to go there, the bus driver said Capri Motel isn't good for female travellers with friends. I don't know well. However, the bus driver said it isn't safe. In addition, It is far from downtown of Kansas City.

I liked that we were a mile from downtown and that we were next to a grocery store. Also our fridge and microwave worked well. First off...booking.com said my final total would be like 178 dollars but when I arrived and paid..it was almost two hundred dollars and totally not worth that. Location was sketchy so I was glad I had my guy friend with me. Toilet paper was like 1 ply so ended up buying my own because I'm not going to use tissue to wipe with. The shower. .On the highest setting still wasn't very warm when it should have been very hot. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. They didn't give us towels on their own so I had to go down to get more towels. Left us with plastic cups but there was holes in it so spilled out. Bathroom with toilet and shower were so tiny. I feel like hotel should have been way cheaper for what we got. I won't be going back

It was very close to downtown and the city attraction that we were looking for. The price was decent. I also liked that they offered smoking rooms.

It was a last minute room- everything sold out due to Royals & nascar. The bathroom had been remodeled, but wasn't clean (old bar of soap, etc)

Room was very clean, check in/out was very simple, and the staff was very helpful. Decent place for the price. In a low income area of KC. Somewhat of a suspect neighborhood.
