Cute & quiet hotel for our family of 4. We spent Monday thru Friday at Capri which is close to everything. We went to East Hampton, Southampton, & Hampton Bays!

Rooms are a little small. Their breakfast & coffee need A LOT of help!!

Location was good. Overall ambiance was good. Bathrooms were very dated, but room was cute.

My check in was 3pm. I couldn't get into my room until 7pm. Housekeeping rushed, and it didn't feel like a good cleaning job. Front desk was rather unapologetic. Left a message for manager to call me but he never did.

We loved the beach beds around the pool although they need a bit of an update as they are a but weathered. Upon arrival, the girls at the desk were kind and lovely. We were very close to a number of places--Flying Point Beach and town. Having use of the beach passes was so ideal.

There was one girl at the desk there after hours who was not quite helpful. Also, lighting inside the room was very poor. Needs more lamps/overhead lights otherwise the blinds need to be open and you are exposed to whole pool.

Loved the cozy atmosphere. Pet friendly (even for dinner ---outside trellis of course) beautiful pool area with the most amazing huge lounge cushions!! BLT resturant ..... The most amazing puff cheese rolls and the hanger steak was the most delicious steak my husband has ever had ( and he's eaten steaks from all over ; including Peter Lugers and other popular NYC famous steak houses ) we would most definitely return !

Unfortunately a few things need to be said about the lack of everyday necessities in our room. No blow dryers , no refrigerator (we brought our dog with food that required to be kept cold) . We needed to ask for these item in order to get them and having to go to the front desk to retrieve your food from housekeeping fridge was an inconvience . One more thing: the wi if was non existent . Unable to get service in you room even with the provided pass word.

The location is good. BLT is an excellent restaurant.

This place badly needs an update. It looks nothing like the photos. It looks like a real dump on the outside and the floors in the rooms are dirty, the beds very uncomfortable, the bathroom needs attention, they play music outside till the early hours so don't expect a quiet place. Ridiculously priced for such a place. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel is run down. The AC unit in our room was not working, the bathroom was very outdated; the tub was stained, paint was coming off the walls, low quality.

Proximity to BLT steakhouse & Southampton/bridgehampton

Lack of privacy Lack of cleanliness Incredibly noisy Bathroom needs urgent update & thorough clean Rude, uninterested reception staff who laughed in our faces when we left early as we couldn't bear another night there. We were celebrating our son's 21st birthday so you can imagine our disappointment. So sad as this "MOTEL" has the potential to be so much better

I likes it in general except they well it as such a chic hotel and it's basically a converted roadside motel. The bath was so lame. The pool was ok but everything was just ok. Having BLT steak adds validity. I think it's a lot for 200/ night. Staff is nice but some are a bit clueless or seem like thy are being put out.

    See above.

    The location.

We had to wait one hour for our room to be ready. There was only cold water in the shower the day we left. There were no drawers in which to put underwear etc.

Free parking. Spacious room. Free wifi and breakfast. Has a pool.

Room was not clean, it's really a motel.

    The pool area.

This hotel is a party hotel and not recommended for families or couples who want relaxed, quite hotel atmosphere! The music was on loud around the whole facility until 12 midnight! The crowd of people who stayed there were young party people who were up all night and loud. Unfortunately the hotel did not state in their description that they have music running until midnight and it's not a quite hotel atmosphere.
