I love the location of this hotel. With the back entrance and exit we were able to avoid most of the Labor day weekend traffic
While our son was taking a shower water started pouring down from the ceiling from the room above us. They really didn't do anything about it.
Great hot tub. Quiet.
Beds were hard. Forgot items that were promised.
Rooms were not cleaned good at all... Front desk was not very friendly. I've stayed here since 2000. Never have stayed anywhere else but here. But will not be back to stay..
I liked the price for a very nice room,the people were very nice.I liked the location.
The pool and hot tub were great, but the temperature of the waters in both were not accurate. But it was nice over all

Well, I definitely got what I paid for. The rooms were clean and the beds were somewhat comfortable. It was an okay experience but we wont stay again.
The whole motel was kinda run down, I understand it is an older motel but it's basic maintenance. Breakfast was barely a continental breakfast, coffee, juice, dounuts. No access to microwave except during breakfast. Room was supposed to be double queen, got a king and a full. Pool was hotter than the hot tub, and both were missing tiles which just adds to the rundown look of the place.
The location and the indoor pool was very nice.

Staff was nice, room was clean, bed was pretty good. Very quite and peaceful. Evidently, we came during a slow period in Branson, but we liked it.
Reservations were made on the internet, which stated a full breakfast. What we were really offered was sweet rolls, coffee, toast, jelly and peanut butter. If you didn't get there early, you didn't get much of that. Although the hotel was cheap, having to buy breakfast somewhere else (diabetics can't eat sweet rolls) anded unexpected expense to our trip.
Pools, close to shows and dining
No mic and fridge in room, small black bugs in room , very slow bath drain. Manager said its supposed to drain that way , however water was at our ankles by the end of short shower... Stayed in blue bayou room 260

The room was clean, surprisingly enough based on everything else. The staff was friendly enough and helpful.
The bed was harder than the floor, the tub wouldn't drain, the fire alarm wouldn't stay attracted to the base. The so called breakfast was cheap dry donuts and coffee with watered down orange juice. For what I paid for the room for 2 nights I defiantly expected more than what I got. I will never stay there again.
Great location, right by several shows, attractions and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean pools/spa, clean room and bathroom. Respectful when we were leaving, our door said 11:00 check out time but they actually wanted us to check out by 10:00 - when we pointed it out they honored that check out time instead.
No fridge, uncomfortable bed, outdated decor, non-smoking room smelled like someone smoked, uncomfortable bathtub, check out time by door said 11:00, but we were called at 10:00 and told that that was the check out time. They were respectful when we told them the door said 11:00, though. They told us they would honor that. (But who has a checkout time of 10:00?!!)
Rooms are comfortable,clean and rates are reasonable. We have stayed there many times.

One of the beds was a bit hard. The next night I selpt on the softer bed.
Hot tub extremely too hot, room stunk had to go buy air freshener, one comforter smelled like urine
