When I stepped in the shower and touched the plumbing fixture to turn the water on it kept shocking me.
The bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up so sore each day. There was nobody at the front desk the entire time we ate breakfast and when we checked out there was no one at the counter.
price was reasonable
some fruits for breakfast, such as apples and bananas
Hadicap room was a suprise with our pets and kids had lots of room to move around and close to fishing spot walking distance.
The location was great, came with breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice new rooms upstairs with a great, huge, tile shower, they are planning on doing the rest of the rooms the same way, modern with bright island pastel colors.
The staff was most accommodating and typical southern hospitality. I was there on a fishing trip and everything was perfect, thank you so much!
This was a good location for fishing but that's it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did no like the bed. I have never heard a bed make so much noise. Everytime I rolled over during the night the squeaking woke me and my husband up. I did not like the cheep toilet paper and no kleenex all 4 days we stayed here. Also the breakfast was just cereal and muffins, no thanks.
Location and beds were wonderful.
The shower dripped during out entire stay There was also a musty odor in the room.
was never given a requested wakeup call, Could have missed a boat. Bathroom could have used some carpentry work.
staff was friendly
we had a room downstairs. And the first night we idnt get any sleep people. Upstairs all night long walking back and forth. Sounding like a elephant.they left new people onthe third. Night same problem. Except they where. Moving furniture.no sleep people please remember. Your not at home show some respect..
The drunk guests who woke us up at 5:00 AM who were outside of their room talking and laughing loudly which woke up the whole motel guests.
The fact that it was close to everything.
I wanted to check in at 1, they told me try back at 2 because the room wasn't clean. We go back at 4 and there are dead bugs on the floor. I made sure the dead spider was really dead and 50 baby spiders scattered all over the floor when I was trying to kill those more came out. I got a different room but my niece was freaked out the whole time and we barley slept.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was fairly clean and smelled nice. The shower was awesome!! The a/c worked very good, too.
Not enough variety for breakfast. The floor in the room was not carpeted so it was kind of cold but bearable. I booked through booking.com so I got a good price on the room, the going rate is too high for this hotel.
The location was great for us because we were there to fish across the street.
The breakfast room was very warm. Needed to be cooler.
The location, within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife. A/C worked perfect and quietly, coffee and fridge in the room, new furniture and TV, nice granite counter in the bathroom and nice shower, plenty of towels.
Room was 1/2 updated. Old mattress and linens, walls looked overpainted and tired, lots of holes in the walls (?!). Alarm clock was unreadable. TV remote didn't display a menu or tv guide.
The light in the bathroom had to be flicked a few times to come on over the mirror area and the shower head needed to be soaked in vinger or replaced. But liked everything else
The price was good. Beds were comfy. A/C worked great.
Close proximity to restaurant
Bed was horrible. Breakfast was terrible
Clean Room and pool area, friendly staff
Satellite went out one evening noisy neighbors
Staff was nice
The property isn't close to standard for $200 a night. Be advised don't let the photos fool you. A simple paint job would have made it feel cleaner on exterior, rusted doors, etc. Its a shame hard working family I was extremely disappointed. I wanted to cancel but too late once we got to the Inn.
The location was great. Staff gave great customer service. Room was clean.
Very nice for the price. Close to fishing. Needs some maintenance to the pool but it was usable just not as nice as the rest of the property.
The only thing I liked was the wi-fi and the breakfast. This isn't saying much because pretty much all hotels offer both.
It was the worste decision I have ever made. It was overpriced, smelled like cigarettes, and out of all the rooms they could have put us in, they put us right next door to a loud obnoxious family. Don't let their website fool you. It may look pretty and worth a stay but not when you see it in person. Your money will be better spent somewhere else. Further more, stay away from Port Aransas. You're better off spending time and money in Corpus Christi. Everything in Port A is overpriced, there's nothing to do and it sucks. We only stayed there for the night and it was a horrible experience. I will never go back there again! The next night we stayed at the Days Inn located in Corpus Christi which was much nicer and only half the price.
