BATHROOM WASNT VERY CLEAN. WOMENS HAIR ON THE FLOOR.
Convenience to the lake
the ac is very loud and we had requested a pool side location and were on the street side (this is a slow time for the hotel so not sure why we didn't get "any" pool side room. Also they stopped the shuttle to town which was a great perk!
We meet there with friends from all over the valley for a night of fun.
Staff was very personable and accommodating. Brought my dog and they were so understanding when we asked to eat dinner at the outside table so I could bring my dog. Manager made sure there was water brought for the dog. Pleasant staff, nice rooms.
Hotel shop was horrible, no souvenirs or many choices for snacks. Had to ask front desk for key to get in when I wanted to purchase water.
retro style, environment, large rooms
Needed more umbrella's by larger pool
We got an early check-in and the room we got was the one we booked, no substitutions. The room was very clean and the grounds were kept spotless during our three day stay. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Great value for the price and we will come back again.
Only one ice machine for three floors on the wing of the hotel in which we were staying. The walls were a little thin as I could hear our next door neighbors as clearly as if they were standing in our room. The pool was not very well lit at night, not as your publicity picture shows.
Relaxed atmosphere. Large room. Style of resort.
Wi-Fi was very unreliable - dropped out constantly.
Very close to The Boulders and restaurants Beautiful, natural desert surroundings Cordial staff
Arrived at night and could not find our room across the street adjacent to tennis courts because of absence of lighting and poor signage. Our room was next to two rooms used by a party group that played loud music and yelled until about 1 AM.
I was there for a reunion and it was a very nice stay. The restaurant had a very nice selection of food and the service was excellent.
We were very pleased. Beautiful views, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and a shuttle!
The resort was very clean and the food at the restaurant was excellent.
The pool heater was down the whole time we where there.
We liked everything the location is beautiful
We didn't like how the room looked like a regular hotel room nothing special
Rooms on lower floors hear the guests upstairs every movement
The place was great. The price was right The updates were nice and the facilities were just what we were looking for. The staff took good care of you and even had a 24 hour shuttle that could use.
I didn't have enough time to enjoy everything they had to offer.
beautiful location. Grounds were very nice. Room was large and very clean
Breakfast bufffet on the weekend wasn't great. Should add oatmeal to the menu. Would have like a small refrigerator in the room.
I booked a "premier" room (patio/balcony w/ pool or mountain view) through bookings.com but when we checked in we were place in a regular room (no patio/balcony or view). The front desk told me bookings.com "over sold" the premier rooms and none were available. I called bookings.com and after about 45 minutes a "premier" room was provided. According to the booking.com representative, the hotel did not update the availability on the website. It was resolved to my satisfaction but initially frustrating to wait 45 minutes in the lobby waiting to check in.
Room was nicely appointed, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area and gardens were lovely. Food and service in the restaurant was very good.
No refrigerator in room. One of us takes medication that needs to be refrigerated. Very inconvenient. Water temperature and water pressure in shower kept changing every minute or two. In this day of balanced valves, this should not be happening. It was very unpleasant. The light in the bathroom was very inadequate. Bulbs were dim, and although there was obviously wiring above the sink, there was no light installed there. Instead there were two lights on the side walls which made it difficult to see to shave and apply makeup.
The walls were a little thin and we needed patio furniture
The local area is very festive if you are looking for outdoors activity than this is your place. Fire pits randomly located around was great and if you ask to have one lit give them a few minutes and you will have your own private pit. Smors are a must! It has a grown up summer camp feel.
Kinda pricey especially since it felt like it may have been the off season but it is worth the money if you use all the amenities. Make reservation for the restaurant as it does book fast. But don't fret the local area has great restaurants.
The bed was too hard...
We felt very comfortable at all times, if there was anything we needed to know there was someone there to help. The restraunt had excellent food and the waiters were very friendly. The grounds were kept very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. We would not hesitate to return to the resort when in the area.
Staff was very efficient and friendly.
The room was the worst in the complex.Right beside a big garbage Bin which would go off periodically to a lot of grinding noises. Could hear all the toilets being flushed and showers going.
the surrounding beauty was right at our door, from my balcony i saw a bobcat, hundreds of beautiful birds, lovely gardens and even the rare javelinas. the staff was very eager to help in every moment.
the breakfast was not included and was not worth the extra 15.80 for the buffet. and the coffee was not available in lobby and the coffee in the room was yucky. and the confusing "green policy", with towels and yet they waste energy non-stop in other places.
This was a surprise weekend getaway for my wife. There was an event at the time of our check-in so we had to park on the street. The receptionist although very sweet didn't go over anything with us (food, lounge, hotel amenities, rates, etc). Just handed us our key and sent us on our way bc they were busy with an "event". We walk into our room and there was literally no light switches anywhere, no fan, no mini fridge and the worst spring mattress ever. I got notification on my phone from the bank that I was charged $175 additional to the original cost. We turned right back around and went back to the front desk and cancelled our room. No questions were asked and no other rooms were offered to us. I've had a better room at a Motel 6!!
