Lejlighedens størrelse og indretning, beliggenheden, faciliteterne - swimmingpool, spa osv som aldrig var overfyldte. Meget fredeligt resort uden mange larmende unge og børn. |

I liked almost everything about this resort. The rooms were very large it was wonderful. I did not like the front desk clerk Gloria. I believe that was her name. She was at work around 11:00. She was very rude and not helpful at all. Everyone else in the resort was wonderful. It was a shame that she is part of such a wonderful resort. |

Very good value for money. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean with well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The free phone calls within USA and free internet connection is a real plus. Very friendly staff. Nice location. Definitely recommend it. The Gym and Spa facilities could be better. |

i like that there was enough room for my family. the hotel was very clean. the privacy is excellent. the staff were very honest because they found my husband bracelet and was returned to us. I appreciated it. The only thing we did not like about the hotel is the mosquitoes. I urge them to try and spray. but this will not keep me from coming back. |

The room was spacious and beautiful. Everyone was very friendly at the resort and the price was affordable. I have already recommened this resort to several people. The only thing that would have made it better would have been for the pool to have been centrally located outside of the buildings. Although the building we were in was the closest, it was too far of a walk for my mother. Also, in the bedroom with the two beds there was a large crusty white spot on the carpet next to the bed. |

The rooms at Caribe Cove are enormous and very nicely decorated. The location is excellent too as it is about 10 mins from Disney and just off the 192. You feel like you are stepping out of the hustle and bustle but without being miles away from everything. Pool area was nice and the balconys were beautiful! There are also free cookies in reception and coffee which is a nice touch. The only things which let this place down were the staff. One member in particular was considerably rude and abrupt - the DIsney welcome does not extend to these guys!!! Security staff were very nice though! ALso check-out is at 10.00am but they will not let you use any of their facilitiesonce you have checked out ( pool included) so if you have a later flight this is not great!! |

Great Villas. Loved everything about it. Spacious, convienent, and a great value! Had everything we needed right there in the villa. Kids loved it and so did we. Would definitely stay there again. Pool closed too early. |

Went swimming in pool.Took a long walk. Very clean and comfortable. Better than we expected. Close to Disney but, far enough away. Did not get caught in traffic. |

Although the location is a bit outside of Kissimmee, it is not too far away to get too all the attractions like Disney, Universal or the Sea World parks. It also has an ideal route to go to Tampa and Busch Gardens that does not go down the main thorough fair and traffic routes. I was a bit put off by the rates that was charged for using the phone but it seemed to be state of affairs in Florida. It was the same at another hotel and the pay phones in the area. Be aware if you are not taking your phone, that the rates are extremely high and it might be cheaper to take your mobile with you and pay the roaming rate. |

I liked the convenience of the full kitchen, separate bedrooms and the screened in lanai. It was a very comfortable unit. The unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool immensely. The hotel needs to give out better directions and train their desk staff about customer service, which was surly at best. It would also help if they were to allow early checkout rather than checking out at the desk on the morning of departure. |

It was easy to get to Disney. It was quiet. the rooms were large. My daughter left her overnight bag in her room. The staff did find the bag. After answering reporting the bag missing, the staff did find the bag and we were assured it would be mailed to our address Not enough hot water. If one person took a shower or bath, the others needed to wait an hour to take a bath. During a bath the hot water would turn offf. The front desk person was not pleasant during check out. |

the condo was perfect for us - with a west facing balcony for late evening sun too! we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very much planning to return.. very little to complain about at all - baggage trolleys for guests would have been useful - especially if you have driven for hours with a car full of bags, one trip to the room would have been better than 4 or 5.. |
