The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and well appointed. The whole complex was immaculate and the staff were really helpful and courteous.

The resort is some distance from the attractions. Approx 30 mins from Sea World. But that was the only downside.

Rooms were lovely, relaxing.

Housekeeping did not come to our suite and re-fill coffee that was my only disappointment

It was very nice. No hot water however for the first 24 hrs, but I called the front desk and and it was fixed within the hour. An upgrade was given to 3 bedroom at no charge as well as a check out at 11:00 which was appreciated.

The cleaning fee was a bit steep for 2 nights.

It is one of the cleanest places I've stayed in along while.. It was spacious, roomy..we had our 2 adult children and 2 Grandsons.. The kitchen was really comfortable to walk around in even if there was 4 people in it..very nice..!

All the beds could be up graded to nice and thicker mattresses..even the sofa sleeper..ice maker didn't work in fridge

Staff was friendly and helpful. Generally nice.

Remotes did not go with the TVs. They wanted to send a service person at 11 pm!!! Too late if you ask me.

This was the perfect place to stay during our conference -- space and comfort at a great price! Will definitely be back!

No shampoo in the room......bummer.

The size and conveince of the layout of each condo. Very accomodating when traveling with a family.

The tv's are outdated, when traveling with children we traditionally allow them to bring their electronics such as Playstation or Wii, however the TV's are so dated, the there were no input or output jacks therefore the quipment could not be connected. In addition the room with the twin beds is more likely to be for kids, there was no tv at all. The sleeper sofa is a joke, at least invest in a upgraded sleeper soafa pad for more comfort, before advertising it as another option for sleeping accomodations. How about adding extra pillow and linen to make up the sleeper sofa. The carpets are long over due for an upgrade, they are digusting and our condo carpet had a ton of stains. The linen on the bed in the master bedroom is done.. Literally, they were as thin as toilet paper, 1 ply which is pretty bad. How about really getting behind your cleaning staff and making sure they are cleaning. After all you do charge an extra fee $65.00 for cleaning at check out. So clean the darn condo. The dust was so thick on the valance in the master bed room it triggered my allergies. In addition, how about cleaning off the night stands as well, there were cup stains on the furniture in the master bedroom again. All in all, I think it is time for us to find different accomodations when visiting Florida. Our first experience was so great we new that we would return, however, after this stay, I won't be returning. Very disappointed. Oh one last thought, I not only booked one room but two. My in laws traveled with us, however they only stayed 1 night. I really beleive it is unfair to charge a $65 cleaning fee for a one night stay. Come on... Other then linen being changed there was no mess to clean.

It´s a excellent hotel for holidays. I think It would be better if adjust personal assistance in the room. The hotel needs wifi on rooms.

I liked the size of the rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms. The layout of the condo was well thought out. I liked the the neat well- kept grounds.

I tried to get the following addressed and did not receive satisfactory results. The internet signal was on and off during our stay. The tv in the master bedroom did not work, the dvd in the living room did not work. I was told the owner of the condo would have to replace the tv in the bedroom as well as the dvd player if they were broken. I was told the internet signal was being looked into but the problem existed all of the seven days we were at the resort.

The apartment/room was huge. I liked that it had a separate room for the kids, a large kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Also, it was really close to Disney World. About a 10 minute drive.

Although the property and rooms were nice, the furnishings were cheap and uncomfortable. We had three beds and all three beds groaned and creaked when we moved in them. They were very loud and uncomfortable. The couches were wicker and also very uncomfortable. For the price it was alright, but it would have been a 5 star rating from me had the furnishings in the room been comfortable. Also, the housekeeper called me and, when I couldn't understand her and asked her to repeat herself, she hung up on me instead.

The facility and comfort was incredible... Very nice
