Caribe Cove Resort is a luxury condominium resort located just 4 miles west of Walt Disney World and minutes from other top attractions, featuring
large fully equipped villas from 1,400 to 1,600 square feet in size.

Caribe Cove Resort is about ten acres with lush tropical landscaping. The property is surrounded on three sides by beautiful trees and nature conservation areas. Guest units are contained in a total of five separate buildings, each building is five stories tall.

Mixing business with pleasure? Your next copy or fax is easily taken care in the main lobby of the hotel.

Smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio or balcony areas only. Daily maid service or mid-stay cleans will be available upon request at an additional charge. Pets are not permitted at this resort, however, pet boarding is readily available at the Four Corners Animal Hospital located about 5 minutes from this resort.

The main entrance to Caribe Cove Resort is located in Kissimmee on Westside Boulevard, just off the US-192, about 10 minutes from Disney.

Spacious villa and price

Staff not so 'professional'....pleasant; one was too busy watching dvd on computer with ear phone to ear for sound....another was too involved with a personal phone call and two of us were standing in line with questions.

The unit was lovely and spacious, very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The location was great, quiet and secluded yet close to the attractions.

The staff did not provide any information upon check in. The phone and internet were out when I arrived, a service man from the internet company came to service the unit quickly however and he provided me with the check in information I was supposed to receive. There were ants in the kitchen. The third bedroom needs a light blocking curtain due to the corridor light shining in the room all night.

beautiful decor and furniture, large size & comfort of rooms, nice pool area

Rude & unhelpful receptionist. Charge for internet service in lobby. Telephone directory on phone didn't explain that you had to dial zero for front desk. We had difficulty calling front desk because when you hit the front desk button on phone nothing would happen. We had to go down and ask how to reach them by phone.

Goooooooorgeous room! I'm already planning my next trip!

Would have liked the pool to have been open longer. Its nice to go for a swim after a long day at the parks even if it is "swim at your own risk"

The rooms were spacious and clean. Safe for our kids. The rooms were well equiped with everything we needed for our stay (blankets, bed sheets, pillows, etc.) as was the kitchen (utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, etc.). It was very quite and relaxing.

The air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived. The TV in the living room didn't function correctly. Their were lots of spiders/spiderwebs on the balcony and quite a few mosquitoes too. Very little staff on hand.

They upgraded us to a 3 bedroom which was like new, clean and very spacious. Everything that we needed was there.

I didn't like the $65 cleaning charge, since, they don't provide any cleaning services, so it's just a way to bump up the fee without looking like the nightly charge is higher. We also had three cockroaches in the bathrooms. I realize it's Florida and the bugs are everywear, but perhaps they could have had more extermination.

the mosquito infestation was out of control. The guy at the front desk didnt give me my keys in my packet. we couldnt get garbage bags
