Loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Furniture was beautiful and the kitchen was well supplied. Quick drive to Disney-less than 15 minutes. Close to Publix and Target- less than 5 minutes. Plenty of room for family of 6. Would like the pool to stay open later and check-out time to be at 11:00. Hard to pack entire condo by 10:00 with kids. |

it was a peaceful place away from traffic and surrounded by nature. Good location to reach Disney parks and other places of interest in the area. The suites are really big and comfortable. The pool and the spa were a bit smaller than we expected but they were good enough to relax. Hard to find by night because the ad which said where the hotel was is not lightened and in the directions given by the hotel site they didn't say we had to turn into Westside Boulevard to reach the hotel (You can't see the hotel from main street (192). |

Very spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped, fast connection via US192 and 4 to all Orlando areas (we visited Sea World and Aquatica, JFK Space Center about 75-90 min.), lots of restaurants along US192, WalMart and others nearby, staff was very helpful (some guests posted the opposite but i can not confirm) Car required |

caribe cove was a very nice accomodation it has a pool overlooking a lake and a nice jaccuzzi the apartment was large and had everything that was needed there was no daily cleaner but that was fine for us and was 4 mins drive from several supemarkets and 7 miles to disney |

The hotel (apartment) is really very good, all things were good. The biggest problem is the location, as the hotel is quite new, its adress does not appear in GPS. Take the adress directions before you arrive in the airport. |

the accomodation was excellent, wanted for nothing and with plenty of space, good location close to Disney and all the attactions. absolutely no problems and the stay was comfortable and relaxing. the staff weren't exactly run off their feet but when we tried to check in before 4pm (which is a bit late really) the just told us to go away and come back after 4, not exactly the welcome we were looking for, early check-out too - before 11am |

Although we had the smallest apartment, it was huge! Very nice, comfortable, well equipped apartment on a quiet and good location. Disney World is approx. 15 minutes drive. Can be difficult to find, older gps doesn't know the address. So check before you leave, otherwise you'll end up searching. |

Convience of a a small resort with most of the luxuries of many large resorts. The kitchen was not as well equiped this time. Also, building maintenance staff is derelict because the air condition vent cover was missing, and faulty shower faucet/front door closers. You are required to pay a cleaning fee and the lint from the laundry vent wasn't cleaned off the patio screen. |

The size of the appartment, the layout of it, and the sourounding the house keeping do not clean the accomodation nor provide garbage bags. |

Family of 5 (3 teenagers) lots of space in condo. Nice and quiet after a day at Orlando Being beside a very large pond there was some sort of wildlife outside our condo every night and as we were on the ground floor that was quite noisy but we soon got used to it. |

That separate from all of the amenities close by the romm had everything you would need from home. It was great! |

I have a big family, and when we stay at the Caribe Cove Resort, we have more than enough room and i still have enough money to enjoy our vacation because they have great rates, not to mention the resort is beautiful. Yes, the hidden fees that we were not aware of until time of check in, such as the $65 dollar cleaning fee, and the daily resort fee that we were charged per day took me by a total surprise, however when you arrive at a hotel/resort at 10-11pm, who wants to go searching for another place, that will be nice and accommidating to a big family? I would still stay at this resort again, but i think that your potential customers should be aware of all of the fee's up front, and not be taken by surprise at checkin, and on the web site, it mention several activities that could be done at this resort, which turned out not to be true, such as fishing, tennis and other activities. When we asked, we were told that it was the Caribe Coves' sister resort that had these activites. The Caribe Cove only have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The other thing is the $200 dollar hold that was put on our credit card for any damages that may occur, that is supposed to be released at check out time, but it was 2 weeks later before the money was released on my card, it was only after my second stay that i learned that i could have just paid a much smaller fee, which would have waived the 200 dollar hold. At which time i read it, Because none of the hotel clerks bothered to explain that to me. |

I liked almost everything about this resort. The rooms were very large it was wonderful. I did not like the front desk clerk Gloria. I believe that was her name. She was at work around 11:00. She was very rude and not helpful at all. Everyone else in the resort was wonderful. It was a shame that she is part of such a wonderful resort. |

Very good value for money. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean with well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The free phone calls within USA and free internet connection is a real plus. Very friendly staff. Nice location. Definitely recommend it. The Gym and Spa facilities could be better. |
