The size of the apartment was very comfortable for the family of 5. The living room carpet had some stains on it which they could have easily cleaned it. Otherwise all was excellent. |

Everything was wonderful. I traveled with a group that had not experienced these type of accomodations and they were very pleased. The staff were very pleasant throughout the property-- from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The only things missing from the room was a dressing mirror and a mixer. Oh yeah and wireless internet within the rooms would be nice as well. |

I selected this resort based on the positive comments provided by other guests. I made the right choice. The room was clean as was the resort area itself. The location in proximity to Walt Disney World is a mere 15 minutes, however, there is traffic on Hwy 192 which will slow you down depending on the time you leave. Hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. Excellent choice. Hotel booklet stipulated the household items which were to be in each room. When we arrived, there were three items (knife/spoon/glass) missing which should have been replaced before we arrived. Informed front desk of this when checking out. |
