problema con la regadera me parecio de mal gusto por ser un hotel de esta categoria que no esten atentos a los detalles....

I liked the amenities on the property. The rooms were spacious and very well kept. The hotel staff was extremely nice and friendly.

I stayed in a two bedroom villa on the 4th floor and we heard kids jumping up and down on the 5th floor. I was up late and my wife was noticeably upset. Also was supposed to get a 40 dollar food and beverage credit through booking.com but yet to see it. I will get it because I paid for it.

I liked that there was a washer and dryer for guest use. Nice pool. I liked that they had a casual cafeteria style cafe. The smoking section near the pool was right under our room. The first night there were people hooting, hollering and making noise at 1:00 A.M. in that smoking section. We didn't call the front desk about it and it didn't happen on rest of our vacation but maybe there should be a sign suggesting the smokers to be quiet during quiet time.

The ice machine was just outside our room. It was in a room without a door and made very loud noise all night long. Guests got ice at all hours of the night. When the guests weren't making noise at the ice machine the machine was incredibly noisy remaking the ice!! There needs to be a door on the ice machine room. The room we stayed in had a 1 inch gap between the door and the floor. I was glad we didn't have anyone sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area - they wouldn't have got a wink of sleep.

Great Location, close to all the major parks, restaurants and highways. The Outlet shops are a short drive away. Apartment style living with hotel service in a resort.

I was treated with complete respect my entire stay. It seemed as if the staff truly liked their jobs. My room was in a wonderful location with a great view. The pool area was a great place to get sun and relax. This is a wonderful place to stay! I would definitely stay again.

My only complaint would be that the pillows were too thick and hard. It was difficult to get comfortable with them.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. We were forced to wait to check in for about 30-45 minutes. The consierge was terrible. They were pushing packages on us instead of trying to satisfy our needs. The woman was very rude to the point of become nasty when I wouldn't accept her suggestions. Expedia's role should be reconsidered if it can't be properly managed, if that is the problem. Also, we ordered pizza from room service, the cost was high but the pizza was unbelievably bad. Three hungry people after one bite put the rest in the hallway. It was almost like a solid 1/4 thick piece of cheese melt onto bread.

The room and the rest of the facility was very nice. It was close to Disney and the cleaning people did an excellent job during our stay.

We were greeted upon check in by a gentleman named Rechard. First off they had our room type incorrect based on what we booked online. When told about the mistake and shown proof of booking confirmation print out, Rechard said that it was booking.com's problem and that if we wanted the room we payed for that we would have to pay additional for it. When we got Booking.com on the phone he said that they would have to call the hotel. All this with a very not helpful and cold attitude. Hotels are supposed to be about Cuatomer Service. Not a very good reception.

It was clean, neat and I loved the extra room for tv watching. Thought I'd probably go there with my grandchildren. The firm mattress was fantastic!!!

It shocked me. It's very old. The cost realy overload. When you need help there's no one, you call and wait for the staff to pick up the phone. Addition to that, the cost of the comunications are really expensive.

It was very close to the conference I attended.
