Great location for Disney. Spacious room and comfortable

Excellent location. Everything in the hotel was easy to Access

We have stayed there 5 times already, love the pool and the rooms are great.

We stayed at the Villas this time and had a lot of noise from the room upstairs opening and closing sliding doors all night long...we were woken up a lot. Prices in restaurant and cafe we very expensive, but food was good.

The extra Suite taxes that I had to pay on top of my booking that I was not expecting to pay. These need to be more explicit at the point of Booking on line.

It's a beautiful place, nothing but 5 stars from me.

Useless wifi signal, very weak.

We ordered several dishes to go for supper and waited to finally get them. The French fries were literally cold. We called and they asked questions and eventually brought down 3 new orders. They told us they wanted the originals back...like they didn't believe us; willingly we gave them and the new ones were barely lukewarm....not even worth waiting. The rest of the food was fine, but no apology for the inconvenience...was disappointed for the caliber of your hotel.

Concierge was very kind and helpfull Breakfast was ok. I recommend omelettes.

Every drawer was open and the couch cushions are out of place. There was a blue stain in the hot tub I paid extra for.

Fantastic Pool, location to Disney and local resturants is great. Security is good and safe, rooms are well equipped.

Cleanliness of the rooms was an issue for us, we felt the standards need to be higher as surfaces were dusty and the floors in the roms needed hovering more often. We felt the prices in the resturants and shops were a little high.

Near the Disney parks (10 min by car). Car parking available. Quiet location

We loved the feel of the hotel the moment we drove onto the property. Luxury at a fair price! The room was overlooking the pool, a one bedroom suite, beautiful and comfortable. Extremely clean. We would love to stay again and probably will. We are Tampa Bay residents and visit Orlando quite a bit.

The hotel was wonderful. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby.

The pool was nice but it needed to be bigger for that large a hotel.

The hotel had everything needed, it was nicely appointed and family friendly.

Exceptionally clean, very large villa for parents with children and grandparents. Dining options, great. Very comfortable....

There were only 2 members of the entire staff that treated us as guest should be. This includes front desk, info desk, ticket counter, delicatessen, breakfast servers, they seemed as though they were there for a paycheck only and could care less about the guests. The food at the deli was terrible and the breakfast buffet was bland.
