    Location was good.

Very poor sleep. Loud noise (music, singing, talking, footsteps) from the above apartment until 4 am daily. The place was very dirtily and dungeon like. The large waste bins were full to the brim - could not put in more rubbish. Rubbish fallen on the ground. Washing machine damaged and clothes got torn.

I thought the studio itself was excellent after I moved some furniture around to suit my needs. For example, the couch and sitting chair were placed some distance away from the only lamp in the room suitable for reading. I would have given a much better rating had the garden not been such a disappointment.

There was no broom, dust mop or dustpan in the room which could be used for daily maintenance or cleanup if there was an accident. The garden area was in poor condition: vegetation was not maintained; garden recliners were wet and dirty - you couldn't use them; there was all kinds of "junk" strewn about like broken nick knacks, large bags and buckets which may have been left over from some project; and human garbage on the walkway leading to the garden (this I cleaned up myself after locating an old, wet broom propped against a wall). One of the reasons I picked the vacation rental was because of the garden setting displayed in your advertisement but I didn't spend a single sunny afternoon in the garden because it was so unappealing. Also, the instructions about how to get into the room were very confusing but once I figured it out, all went smoothly.

Location, value for money, fast response of Come2SF staff. Come2SF online didn't ask for my cvs for the card so it was declined the first time
