again..has not parking for motorcycles........thats too bad !!!
No gym facilities.
The room is spacious and quiet.
Old hotel, has some issues. No gym / fitness facilities. Old radiators in room made loud noise until 1030pm each night - was told it was steam from central heating system which heated up whole building and couldn't be turned off individually per room. Was quite bizarre!! Walls wafer thin and can hear everything in corridors and other rooms
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Cleaning staff very noisy
The only thing that bothered me were the doors to the rooms. They were heavy and slammed really hard. I wish they had the controlled closing doors, but that's all I can complain about.
This hotel was so special, from the location to the decor I just fell in love. They were very accommodating and friendly, I felt very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.
Just the noise in the morning when house keeping staff was loading trolley it was outside our room :(
Friendly staff, walking distance to Union Square & complimentary wine for return customers :)
The room was really expensive for what it was.
The room was spacious for a room in the city.
We got bitten by bed bugs but unsure if it was from this hotel or the previous one in vegas. Staff offered us a new room straight away and promised to follow up and also sent an email afterwards to check if we were ok.
Clean, Interesting deco, staff with a sense of humour, staff helpful with sightseeing information
Could hear couple next door and they were not being loud. Walls amplified sound.
Sheets had stains and bed was not the most comfortable. Seemed a bit grungy and could use a deep clean. Dim lighting and blinds would not close well nor did they keep out the light.
Staff were friendly and always willing to offer suggestions. In a fairly central area - easy to access public transport/walk.
Like the beautiful decoration and ambiance of east Asian flare. Staff was helpful and amusing. Will come back to this hotel.
proximity to city hall
All of it was bad
Nothing looked at room and went somewhere else
The meet'n greet
Very happy and helpful staff, many restaurants around, cablecar station close. We loved this city!
the only thing I would change is the coffee maker. Those Kruger coffee pods are messing up the environment and not green. They will never decompose and are causing much environmental problems and are not green. I would much rather have a normal coffee maker.
the style and friendliness of the staff and comfort. Food
Wall too thin, can hear the people next door chatting
The location is quite ok. Wifi is stable, room and bathroom are clean
Only two check in desks. Not enough when staff have to answer phone calls as well
Friendly staff and stylish room
Everything; location, value for money, staff friendliness, wine reception, cleanliness
The bedding was very poor for this hotel category. No real blankets just linen and brown sleaze blankets which was way too cold for this time of the year. And the hygienic issues that come with it are not very standard for this price category.
Location, spacious room
The walls were thin if other guests were loud you could here everything they said, bring ear plugs (I always do)
The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, a Keurig in the room was a plus, and the wine hour was great
Walls were very thin, you could hear the next room talking. Room with two beds was small.
Location was good. Rooms were clean. Closet space was big.
