Hotel Carlton requires a deposit due at check-in, which will be refunded within 7-10 days, if no damages to the room occur. You must be 21 or older in order to stay at this hotel. Early departures will be charged for the full amount of the stay and no refunds will be issued. No shows will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
There is a resort fee per night on each room reservation. The resort fee includes, WIFI, Beach Towels and Chairs, Local and 800 calls, VIP Club Passes and more. Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements. All promotional rates are for new reservations only.

Location (close to the beach) The rooms look like they could use some renovation and some more furniture. All in all, the rooms don't look like the pics at all and they are pretty dirty (windows, curtains and floors - we never saw or heard a vacuum cleaner during our stay). The pool is small and in an awful state. |

bathroom looks to old therefore looked unclean , carpets have to go also ac was leaking on rthe floor .I would not return. I did like the decorations and lobby. |

Rate for this hotel was good thats why I choosed this hotel. Next time I will choose another hotel. In Europe for this price I can get better hotel with comfort. |

Location (tremendous), size of rooms, flat screen tv, beds. Not too expensive for the location The entrance and hallways did not smell fresh. The quality of fittings, carpets, bathroom, etc were rather poor and some of the staff did not seem too welcoming. The chamber staff were however great. |

The name. The price doesn't fit with the type of the hotel and the breakfast is miserable. Nowdays internet, towels, are free as a compliment... not in this hotel(if we look at the price). |

Dicht bij het strand. Extra kosten zoals parkeren (25 $ per dag), omtbijtkosten voor relatief zeer simpel ontbijt, kosten voor handdoeken voor het strand etc. 10$ per keer. Rumoerig, lawaai andere gasten. |

assolutamente nulla, forse il servizio di parcheggio auto adiacente è stata l'unica cosa apprezzabile gli aspetti sono molteplici dalla camera increnibilmente piccola alla sporcizia della stessa ovvero della piscina ed aree comuni in generale, mi riservo di inviarvi una mail con allegate le foto, senza contare il fatto di aver riservato una camera per fumatori poi rivelatasi inesistente, tutto ciò ci ha costretti a molteplici disagi, infatti abiamo dormito solo una notte e siamo scappati via accollandoci l'ulteiore disagio di dover cercare un altro hotel e spostare i relaivi bagagli |

Todo. Es sucio, la atencion es mala. Muy ruidoso. Las ventanas tienen huecos por donde entra el ruido, las mesas de la hab estan despintadas. La pileta sucia....es un desastre. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, ya que tampoco tiene una buena relacion precio/calidad...hay hoteles del mismo precio mas limpios al menos. |

Pas grand chose, sinon la gentillesse des femmes de ménage et du personnel du bar. Proximité de la plage. - Concernant les chambres; draps sales et troués, rideaux sales, déco extrêmement minimaliste, meubles écorchés, écaillés et gonflé car mauvaise qualité. Salle de bain : vieux lavabo avec minuscule tablette. Réfrigérateur inutilisable car fermé à clé et rempli d'articles à vendre. Bouteille d'eau à 5$ (gratuit dans les autres hôtels). Climatisation pas performante. |
