Die Lage zum Atlantik Von 2000 bis 2400 ist jeden Abend Disco in der Lobby. Sehr sehr laut!

Location very good , right on Collins for nightlife/ shopping They add 3 taxes per night, no parking, no complimentary breakfast and had to pay for internet all amounted to expense which would mean I would avoid on a future return. Also reception staff would not negotiate discount on 3 days stay which I received everywhere else in usa on my holiday, so I booked with internet from hotel to get discount but after all add ons made the bill a long list of 2 pages. $6 for small bottle of beer also way ahead of everywhere else!!! The pool furniture was not in good condition and despite pool rules these seem to be ignored as numerous people were bringing their own drink and large groups playing ball games / diving during day. Finally I would not class the room as luxury, coffee machine was not working and quite small.

The hotel was pretty downtrodden, which was well covered up in the photographs online. It was too expensive for the quality, and noisy at night.

Hotel was at good location. Room was nice! Stuff was not so nice. I paid allmost 30$ (tax and service) more that booking.com price was. And breakfest was 15$, omelet and cofee.

The location was perfect This hotel is not what it appears to be online. Very small room with a mini bar that has a bad odor inside and does not get cold at all. You have to put ice in is as you would a cooler. Once you check in there will be a $12.50 extra charge per day plus $25.00 parking fee per day. Perfect location but the quality sucks.

We had read reviews that weren't favorable, so we went in reserved. The hotel is older and noisy, but your in South Beach and that was ok with us. The location is amazing. You can walk to anything...great restuarants, beach. Our room was close to the lobby, pool and bar which we loved. I felt our room was clean and comfortable. Our linens and towels were nice, clean and crisp. The pool area was nice and luckily blocked from the wind. We were there on cold days for Miami so we did enjoy the pool area in the morning. We would definitely stay again. Just bring earplugs for sleeping! The hotel could use some updating. The carpeting looked like it could use a steam cleaning. First floor hallway had a faint smell like there had been a sewer back up at some point. Our daughters room was on the alley and was extremely noisy. Garbage trucks in the morning and people walking past at night.

Honestly the best thing I liked about the Carlton was the breakfast...I Expected a lot more but sadly this is one hotel I don't recommend. Way better hotels for the price I paid. I didn't expect a huge room and that was fine..but the carpeting was stained/dirty. The bathoom had old sinks..the paint was chipped in certain parts of the room. Basically the place looked like an old dorm room. They gotta get up to the time.

The hotel is really close to the beach and all restaurants. The beds are really comfortable. No access to a fridge. You couldn't bring in any outside food or drinks. Internet was expensive. $1 for 10mins.

The hotel is nice but it doesnt look like any of the pictures that were provided on the hotels website. Rooms look nothing like the rooms in the hotels website. Was dissapointed of that. The parking itself is really small. Was lucky to find parking after 20 minutes going around looking for one. Parking is small. Enough for about 10 cars. Pictures on the hotels website were misleading.Rooms look nothing like that pictures.Clock radio didnt work.Bathroom lock didnt work.

Hotel personel is very friendly. There is a little noise from bar in the lobby, but it is youth hotel and also there is always an option to change a room. This hotel has the best position in South Beach!

The Carlton is very close to the beach and has an excellent location. Most of the staff was inattentive and unprofessional. We paid to valet our vehicle and it was left on the street for hours. We booked a deluxe king room and were given a standard double.

Location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very noisy location. The room we booked with the pool view was a smoking room and we have to change to another facing the road without refunding us the difference.

The location Terrible service, terrible rooms (old and dirty) the webpage looks amazing but the hotel is old and dirty in Denmark we would call it a "sminket lig"! The staff promised us a new room since we booked a King room but got a db Queen it didn't happen - the safe didn't work as well and they didn't fix it. Dont stay at Carlton!!!! We red all the ratings but thought that it couldn't be that bad - but it was even worse - don't stay at Carlton!

The good thing about this place is the location. right by the beach, Espanola Way and the Lincoln Road with plenty of restaurants and shops around. pool was ok, bar was decent (as a matter of fact one of the bartenders was the nicest and most helpful person in the whole place). they allowed us to keep our bikes in the room which was great - we didn't have to worry about having to lock them outside No fridge in the room and outdated safe

Muy buena localizacion...queda a solo 1.5 cuadras de la playa. Tambien queda en collins av., La cual tiene muchas tiendas buenas (Zara, Aldo, ax, etc.) y restauranticos agradables muy cerca - especialmente los de Española Way (a solo 2 cuadras del Hotel)...La habitacion de cama doble que nos toco si estaba muy bonita, sencilla y comoda. Me parecio un poco "desordenado" todo....cuando llegue (11pm), no habia nadie en el counter, unicamente habian 2 personas del Staff del hotel. La limpieza de los cuartos la hacen aprox.11am-12pm (por lo cual si uno desayuna y vuelve, el cuarto sigue muy desordenado). El desayuno es muy pobre: un par de tostadas y tinto - cero variedad. Afortunadamente, hay un Starbucks sobre la playa a 2 cuadras. Las instalaciones (piscina, gym, corredores, etc.) son muyyyy viejas y se nota...no les haria falta una remodelacion. Nuestra habitacion quedaba en el 3er piso hacia atras: se oyen todas las personas que van y vienen por el alley y los camiones de la basura a las 6am todas las mañanas, cero acusticidad en los vidrios...

Su ubicación es genial, de hecho es lo único bueno que tiene. Bueno la verdad es que las señoras de la limpieza nos hicieron la habitación en 2 ocasiones a medio dia y fue de agradecer. No me ha gustado para nada el personal de recepción ni el camarero que servia los desayunos, iban a ritmo caribeño y no mostraban ningunas ganas de trabajar, eso da muy mala imagen. Carísimo para lo que es. Hay mejores hoteles alrededor y más baratos. No volvería al Carlton ni se lo recomendaría a nadie.

No me gustó el hotel en primer lugar porque las fotos por internet son del todo engañosas, te muestran una cosa y cuando llegas es completamente otra para mal, sobretodo porque desde que entramos había un olor muy fuerte a desinfectante o insecticida insoportable, la habitación es muy pequeña y todo estaba malogrado: el aire acondicionado, no había línea de teléfono, la caja fuerte tampoco funcionaba y el baño peor, la piscina es sin ninguna gracia y la atención también lo mínimo indispensable, no hay ni un personal que te ayude o por lo menos haga el intento de ayudar con el equipaje, en fin estoy absolutamente decepcionada de este hotel y jamá s regresaremos y menos lo recomendaremos.

La ubicacion excelente.... Se cumplieron los comentarios de otros huespedes. Habitacion al final del pasillo a una calle interior donde los hoteles vecinos recibian insumos, retiraban basuras etc etc... Definitivamente asignan las peores habitaciones de la categoria a las reservas realizadas por booking.com. Antes del ingreso me ofrecieron una habitacion en el 1er piso en estado lamentable, de doble De luxe no tenia ni el nombre....espere pues despues me asignaban una mejor y ya ven.... Ante reclamos, un tal Juan de recepcion no colaboro en nada. Conclusion muy buena ubicacion y una oferta de servicio no coincidente con la realidad...

A localização é muito boa! Todo o resto não me agradou. Não recomendo a ninguém ficar lá. 1-Eles cobram um monte de taxas, inclusive uma taxa obrigatória de resort, só porque tem uma piscina toda suja. 2-O checkin demora em média uns 30 minutos. O cara que atende era um senhor centenário que precisava de uma lupa para conseguir ler a tela do computador. Prepare-se para perder muito tempo já cansado de viagem e imigração apenas para fazer o checkin. 3-O quarto tem um "minibar". No entanto, as bebibas são disponibilizadas quentes. O tal minibar é um armário velho. é o próprio hóspede que precisa se deslocar até a portaria e trazer para o quarto um balde com gelo se quiser tomar alguma bebida gelada. Nunca vi nada parecido na vida. 4- As instalações são muito velhas. Claro que é o estilo daquela região (Art Deco) mas manutenção não faz mal a ninguém. As paredes precisam de pintura. Na recepção eles colocaram cortinas nas paredes para disfarçar a sujeira das paredes. No quarto o ar estava vazando muito e a parede manchada. 5- Todo mundo sabe que alugar um carro em Miami é fundamental. Prepare-se para se aborrecer. O hotel cobra u$ 25 mais taxas por pernoite. Mas o carro fica praticamente na rua e quando enche de um lado há que se buscar guardá-lo do outro lado, após descobrir o caminho. No total não passava de 20 vagas. Achei pouco e muito caro. 6- a limpeza deixa a desejar em todos os ambientes do hotel e para disfarçar eles usam uma essencia muito enjoativa de tuti- fruti ou coisa parecida o tempo todo. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!
