everything is excellent, good location, room has microwave, burner and fridge, they have friendly, helpful and very courteous staff, check in and check out is a breeze, parking is free on a first come, first served basis, nice neighboorhood none

The design and architectural style of the hotel are wonderful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is excellent -- great neighborhood. The furnishings in the room were tired and worn. The linens were threadbare.

The staff was friendly and extremely courteous. The sheets did not look like they had been changed, and one of the towels (which I unfortunately used), had something stuck to it. If I were to stay there again, I would ask for the bed to be changed in my presence.

Very friendly staff, perfect location to government facilities and offices, off the beaten path and it had some limited parking at no charge. No receipt when checking out. May have been an oversite, but, I would have like a copy.

Friendly staff, professional attitude. All requests were attended to quickly and willingly. We will be recommending Carlyle suites in trip advisor when we get home and also to friends traveling to Washington, D.C. .

I like the comfortable bed, kitchenette, the good shower and clean towels, and a specious hotel suite. I like a good location of this hotel in the save and beautiful area of the city. The first impression when we open the door in the room was disappointment. The wall in the anteroom was worn and shabby. Another kind of negative miscalculations were absence of a pen and paper, and a shower cap in the bathroom.
