heated pool, proximity to Ocean Ave, great restaurants and Sergio's restaurant recommendations, parking. an ordered breakfast never came one morning but they deeply apologized and the next morning we had a credit and breakfast in a timely manner. The carpet was dirty but everything else was very clean.

Great location, nice homemade cookies Outdated furnishings for price paid. Also lack of attention to detail - trash can not emptied prior to us taking the room, only 2 robes in and 2 sets of cutlery with breakfast even though reservation included 3 people.

Location was very convenient. Check in was timely and easy. Clean room with nice fixtures. Extremely quiet and relaxing. Staff leaves at 10, leaving the place unattended.

The staff at Adobe were fantastic. Friendly and responsive to requests. You felt instantly at home when you got to the room which was a good size, had a lovely balcony looking towards the ocean and to top it all a roaring log fire. Centrally located for the middle of Carmel.

Excellent location to shops and restaurants. Free parking a real plus for Carmel. Loved the fireplace in the room. Nice touch with breakfast delivery. Took a while for the hot water to heat up and the bathroom was chilly.

Me and my lady wanted to take a romantic. Adobe inn more than exceeded my expectation. The staff was very accommodating. We stayed for two days, the room we had was nice but didnt have a view of the ocean the first day. We came back from a walk from the oceab and noticed some ocean view rooms were vacant, Sergio( one of the managers) let us change rooms for the second day!! No one does that!! I WILL BE GOING BACK! Thanks Adobe inn for making my stay a very memorable one. Oh yeah and me and my lady are closer than we've ever been because of the romantic room with the fireplace;-) Very nice place and helpful staff

Nice pretty, clean rooms...great bed and bedding. Coffee in rooms. Good breakfast included...free wifi and parking. Great location near Ocean Ave and walk to beach. Bathrooms could be updated and no movies on demand.

Nice renew rooms. Breakfast on the room is excellent. Very convenient parking. The outside of the hotel is not renew so the first impresión is of a poor mantain hotel. That is not the case.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Location, cleanliness, and staff were great. Would recommend it to other travelers. Biggest complaint was not having hot water. The water was barely hot enough to shower.
