Staff and location
Smelly room Smelly bed Old bathroom not really clean
Hair in bathroom sink, bugs in the tub and an open window on ground floor that would not lock. Old coffee still in coffeepot. Fridge did not work and smelled bad though it was running. Will never stay here again. Waste of money.
Bed wasn't made, no wifi
Clean sheets and comfortable bed.
not the cleanest place I've been in, it is the beach.
location great staff at desk nice pool
Breakfast was hardly there. Wasn't worth eating, stopped at fast food instead. Bathroom way too small and rundown.
Filthy place. Cigarette smell everywhere. Ice machine not working. It was being used as an ashtray complete with sand in the dispenser.
much cleaner than I expected.
lights were dim, the wifi kept going in and out and the beds were very hard.
I like the fact that this hotel was moderately priced, and I felt as though I got a lot for my money. The staff was friendly.
The overall condition of the hotel seemed to be in disrepair. The overhead light leading to our room was about to fall out. The ceiling fan in our room was wobbly and about to fall down. One wall in our room was bowed.
The room was extremely dirty, The water in the sink would fall right onto the floor and the bed made me and my daughter inch. When I complained to the staff they were rude and said take it up with booking.com hands down worst hotel I have ever been too.
There's really nothing to like.
The cleanliness of the room was atrocious to say the least. There was a dirty (used) tampon UNDER one of the beds. Also, dirty men's boxers under the other bed! Really?! The bathroom was a joke, breakfast was minimal, and the room was a cesspool of every little nasty thing you could think of in the world! NEVER AGAIN! If you're reading this...STAY AWAY!
The staff was friendly
Every other then the staff was poor
The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The remotes for the tv didn't work. The exterior looked ok but the interior is in need of serious renovations. The yellow tub gives away the age of the motel. Circa 1970's. Will not be returning, also the family in the adjoining room to us were not very pleasant. Cursing At their 3 year old child and calling him stupid.
Nice older hotel.
Quite a bit rundown
Was in a very bad neighborhood. There were prostitutes there. Cops all over the place and high crime rate neighborhood.
It was somewhat quiet, and the staff was so friendly
The lighting and that their wasn't no microwaves in the rooms
close to everything that i wanted
anyone could use the pool when i got ther e there were two adults and two young children all who were not guests of the motel and apparently they frequented the pool often but that is not all the male adult was hanging out in his underwear apparently none of the staff saw any of this drapes were torn, no coffee maker shower rod falling off paint peeling in bathroom, no hair dryer had to call housekeeping to come and empty draws
The fact that is available for a spur of the moment trip. Beautiful old trees in the center of the courtyard.
1. The bathroom light would not come on. I called, someone came about 10 min. later. At that point it had come on..... it needed time to "warm up". 2. The sink faucet was loose. As in when you turned the hot water on, the entire faucet fixture lifted up and moved. 3. The water was very slow to drain from the sink. 4. When taking a shower, by the end of it, you were standing in four - five inches of water as the drain could not remotely keep up. 5. Not enough outlets. 6. When you turned on a hair dryer the all lights dimmed. 7. Very old building, doors do not fit. plaster outside facade had cracks, holes, and were dirty. 8. Sidewalks dirty. 9. Towels were rough and like thick paper towels. 10. I said something to the couple at check out on Sunday about the bathroom issues and they said I should have told them and they could have had it fixed by the maintenance they pay to do those things on Sat. No Way. This is deep seeded electrical and plumbing issue that I believe is hotel wide. That comment was also ironic as when I asked for someone to check the bathroom light on Friday, I needed to go and just asked that they come in a fix it. I was told that they are not allowed to come in a room without the patron there. I had to wait. So if that was the case, how were they going to fix all the issues with the bathroom when I was out all day? 11. I did not feel safe. The other guests were of a "different" class, if you will. When I pulled over to my room there was an ambulance, fire truck and two police cars there. I almost left then. - I feel ripped off. I would never stay here again.
There was a lot of dirt all along the floors. The carpet didn't look like it was vaccumed well enough.
It was beautiful. Like the antique look of the place and the price was in my budget.
Easy drive to the beach. Excellent restaurant and little shops next door (Indochine) Friendly, helpful staff Quiet Air conditioner Television
Looked clean, but very run down Stains on curtains/furniture Broken items in room
Well, I suppose they were polite. Except the bedbugs. They were not polite.
How about having my vital life fluids sucked out by vermin? Does that count as a 'Didn't like'? Spoke to the staff, spoke to the owner himself. He was totally unconcerned. He offered me 50% off my payment (a refund), but never followed through. And it took him over two weeks to get back to me! I gave him a chance to rectify the situation and they just don't care. Please don't go here. Spend $20 extra and get a nice, pestilence-free room.
The breakfast they had out was very disappointing. They had cereal, but it was stale. They also didn't have milk for the cereal.
This hotel was atrocious! There were bullet holes in the walls, the televisions didn't work. The "free Wi-Fi" was non- existent. The room was disgusting. I honestly can't think of a single thing about the hotel that was a positive experience.
not clean, staff wasnt the nicest, room had no air conditioning
Location, my daughter loved the pool, and the gentlemen at the front desk were awesome!!!
Girl at front desk yelled at my daughter. Refused to give us the amount of towels we needed, room only came with 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for 3 people... Sink was stopped up, they fixed it and it began to leak. Stains all over the wall.
