There are very few hotels that allow more than 4 guests per room. For the price point, this was a clean, safe option for families of up to 4 kids, in a location that doesn't get anymore convenient to travel on 90. Although great for an overnight stopover, the room was a bit small to practically fit more than 4. We happily squeezed in though, for the convenience and frugality of only having to purchase one room.

I loved the set up of the King room with pull out couch. The newer tvs were great and the pool/hot tub were fun also. I didn't like that we had to ask 2 times for pool towels. The wait was at least 30 mins.

staff at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. Good location and breakfast was great. We were 4 in our room and called for pillows and towels as there were only enough for 3. We were told they would be right up but never received them. A/C in room not working and the fan was very loud all night on and off. Cleaning staff were rude to us.

I liked the fact that it was easy to find (because there is a big sign out in the front of it. I also thought that the breakfast was absolutely delicious and that there was something on the buffet for everyone. The room was clean and the staff had our requests met before our arrival. We origionally booked our reservation with booking.com and when we needed to change plans a bit when we called, we were told that our reservation was not found. Then discovered the problem and got it corrected without a problem and were able to make the changes that we needed. Then when we checked out of our room (we had rented 2 rooms, but were only checking out the one room) both rooms got checked out for some unknown reason. So when my parents went back to their room they were locked out and found out that they had been checked out (when their room was rented for 2 nights.) That too was corrected without any complications. Then at their check out on Monday morning their bill was $0.00 because it was charged to my credit card (both nights for their room and their dinner.) I am not sure why that happened not to mention that I was overcharged by a whole night, but when my father came to fix it the clerk told him that they couldn't do anything about it. They could not return the money to my credit card and that we needed to settle it between us. This was just all around complete chaos.

Easy check-in and quick check-out...extended check out time of 12:00 P.M. meant we could relax and not rush out. Continental breakfast was great! Not enough towels in room and in pool facility. Also lots of water in elevators and hallways because of pool traffic which made it slippery. Two of us had to leave the pool without towels to dry off.

The room was comfortable water nice and hot room clean heating was quiet Breakfast and setting very good First: When we arrived there was no record of our reservation which we had made on line. If we had not have printed our confirmation out we would not have gotten a room. Registration process was 20 minutes long. Second: Because we were not expected we were given. The room the manager had reserved or could have had a king sized with couch. Since my adult daughter and I wanted separate beds, we took the first option. Big mistake w e went to room and keys would not work. Called desk and waited several minutes for maintanence to bring us a new set that worked. While we waited several very young children ran back and forth repeatedly from room #509 to room #513 Our room was unfortunately # 511. There was no sign if adults present as they continued slamming doors, running back and forth over and over By 11:45 I called the desk to report the disturbance. Man answering said hed take care of it. Nothing changed except more of the same plus knocking on our door loudly several times. Since rhey were really lttle kids betwren 4 and 12 I'd guess I did not want to speak to them and frighten them. But by 2:00 A.M. I opened the door and heard another guest asking them to stop or she would call the desk I told them they were too noisy, shut the door and called the desk again. Man said he had sent housekeeper earlier and all was quiet I told him they had not been quiet for 5 minutes and that someone was smoking in the room as well. Again he said he see to the problem So for the next several minutes the phone in each room rang over and over Of course it got very quiet then Anyway it was not restful or pleasant and we were exhausted When we checked out and complained we were told they knew about all the childten and that for part of the night the adults stayed away from hotel and them in separate rooms from the at leadt 6 childten. Staff said they were lical people and they would talk to them. Kind of too little too late. Apology but no offer to reduce bill or anything.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast was nice. Said on phone prior to arrival that we could have connecting rooms - but rooms were only next to each other. Not a clear rule on hot tub (told young looking 12 yr. Old children were not allowed; but allowed 10, 12, 14 to stay) No shampoo (2 conditioners). Fridge had buzzing noise off and on through night. Small sign - hard to see at night. Also, mapquest and our gps did not recognize your address.

In general stay was adequate, this is our second time staying at this location. We had warm water at best for our morning shower. I thought that the cleaning staff started checking rooms alittle earlier than I had anticipated. Only got one breakfast slip, had to ask for one for the second morning.

The staff was really friendly. I had problems with the on-site washer and dryers. One of the ladies washed, dried, and folded our clothes. She used the hotels big washer and dryer which only took about 20 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are really clean and big. The location was kind of on a back road somewhere but there's nothing they can do about that. Had a good stay and the price was nice.

The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. There appeared to be no way to change the temperature of the hot tub, and it was spewing out cold water.

For the money, I was quite satisfied with the hotel in general. It did not have a lot of "frills" but I was not expecting them. I must say that the continental breakfast included with the room was beyond our expectations. Much more was included than in a standard continental breakfast. The hot food was hot, everything was fresh and the breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again. There was no fan in the bathroom. We left the door open while showering and that allowed the hot, damp air into the room. Some ventilation would be good for the room and the hotel in general. Mold/mildew problems will appear sooner under these conditions.

the staff was attentive and professional. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered many different hot and cold items. It was nice to have an actual restaurant. The linens smelled clean and very fresh. There was urine still in the toilet bowl when I entered the room. The eggs were a bit cold at breakfast and the coffee was really bad.
