Not much.

The short shower, I'm 5' 8" and had to stoop to get under the shower head.

Location and breakfast sufficient.

Rooms need good cleaning, including rugs and some new fresh linens on the beds and windows. Out of 4 lights in the room only two worked. Lobby needed some plants, or something to freshen it. It used to be more comfortable. Not a place I would want to spend any time in. All this said as we have stayed at Hardman House over the years and have seen it's decline.

We arrived and a nice woman checked us in, advising they were out of king rooms, so we were being upgraded to a junior suite, which meant more space, so we were happy with that.

Firstly, the room was boiling hot. It was only about 30 degrees f outside, with snow on the ground, and yet the heating must have been broken, as we tried turning it down and then off, nothing worked. Slept on top of the bed with windows open and still uncomfortably hot. Next morning at breakfast in the reception area, there was a woman behind the desk who took a personal call, and was very loudly complaining about her job, her pay, her hours and obviously discussing other staff members. It was highly inappropriate, and extremely unprofessional, especially when she repeatedly said how "anal" it was, loudly, when there was a child within earshot.

It was convenient to restaurants and the rate was very good.

Some updating is needed. Carpets in the room and hallways had many stains.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hardman House. The location was convenient with the capitol building close by as well as great restaurants within walking distance. The woman at the reception desk was friendly and extremely helpful.

Good location, good walking access to fun part of Carson City. Good value for the price.

The walls are thin, but turn the TV to white noise and sleeping was no problem. The king mattress was moderately saggy.

Interior hallway room entrance. More secure. Weather protected. Covered garage. Room adequate size. Quiet. Helpful staff.

It was convenient location in Carson city. It was easy ti find and could walk to resturants and casinos.

Garage parking very tight, we didnt have a large car either.

Very clean hotel and the rooms were very large and comfortable. The staff was excellent and helpful. Great value for your money in my mind the best bargain in Carson City.

The breakfast nothing special and no pool.

Barbara the desk clerk was a jewel. She helped everyone with a smile and was helpful with directions. The breakfast had a great selection to meet everyones taste. For a place to stay that is medium range it was quite to lounge was roomy, parking was great and well lite. I would definately stay there again

It was a quaint and comfortable hotel. Would definately stay again.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Free, nice continental breakfast. Clean and comfortable room and beds. In room iron, ironing board, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with coffee and free wi-fi internet. A comfortable lobby area. Adequate above ground and underground parking. Elevator.

Airconditioning fan in our room was loud when running, esp noticeable during sleeping hours. Needs improvement: Floors and corridors could stand better vacuuming. Internet signal was weak at times. Practical size bath soap bars. Small bars provided which broke apart when used.
