Carson City Plaza Hotel    

Front desk staff was awesome. Janet knew everything about the area for a visitor new to Carson City. Was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, thrift stores and entertainment. Good central location and parking for older couple.

It would have been nice to have a fruit bowl at the breakfast. Only had orange juice.

The staff was outstanding. Janet was working at the desk when we arrived and she was a tremendous help and very friendly. Due to her pleasant and helpful personality we decided to book a second night. James worked the desk during the day and he was also fantastic, as was John who worked the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to this area.

Internet wasn't great so Janet moved us to several different rooms before I got good reception, even then I would get bumped off and had to get back on.

they accept dogs, and we needed that, the breakfast was good, there was two table which was nice, it was in a nice location, the staff was very friendly

the beds where not that nice, there was no pool or spa, the bathroom floor was coming up in our room, the parking for us was bad, we had a large truck and was given a room where the parking lot was small, to get into it we had to go over the curb, the room had a musty spell,

the thoughtfulness of everyone at your reception area. they were friendly, helpful and very accommodating!

I was in Rm 315......the heater unit made alot of noise when it was on. It sounded like something was flapping.

The breakfast is alright, but definately more like a motel, not a hotel.

The Wifi is very bad.

All of the employees were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The location of this hotel is very good in relation to the different things to explore in the city. Though we were staying here to attend Snowglobe in South Lake Tahoe.

All of the vending machines were out of order, and we had just missed the continental breakfast.

Breakfast was a nice selection of foods. Our room was very spacious with a full size refrigerator and microwave oven as well as a kitchen sink, kitchen table and chairs, sofa, separate bedroom. It was one of the best accommodations of our 3 week trip.

The breakfast room hours were shortened one day due to the fact that the hotel had rented the room out. We had to grab our breakfast and take it to our hotel room rather than eating in the breakfast room. Also, I was eating my breakfast on the last day of our 3 day stay and enjoying the beautiful view from the breakfast room. It was 10 minutes past the breakfast hour and I was almost finished my breakfast when the man in charge of setting up the breakfast foods, closed the curtains so that I could not enjoy the view. That was his way of saying "time to get out". I thought it was extremely rude. There was no reason to close the curtains. That left me with a negative feeling about the man in charge of the breakfast.

Excellent location for our touring needs. A great base for the area. Staff were extremely helpful, especially sympathetic to our missing cases due to outward flights problem. Also helpful relocating room because of air conditioning machine loud noise. Breakfast was adequate if you don't like waffles otherwise you'll love it.

The air conditioning system needs an overhaul. The noise through the night kept me awake most of the night. Moved room on different floor which was quieter but all the in-room machines need to be maintained or up-dated as well. So make sure you get a room away from the noise.

They are always friendly, and are in the process of remodeling the hotel ground floor to top. They always comply with our one request to be on the top floor for the view of the lights in the city. We go every year for our anniversary.

Would have loved to have a microwave and mini fridge and bigger coffee pot :) for a hubby who LOVES coffee.

The room was not as clean as it should be. Not enough towels and when contacting desk that evening told not enough staff available to deliver till morning

The staff was excellent and the location was perfect within walking distance to downtown Carson City.

It was the perfect place to stay on a long trip. We would have stayed a day or two longer if we had the time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay there again if we are coming through Carson City.

We've stayed here often in the past and always find it comfy and clean. Rooms are large and staff is friendly. Location is good. Close to town center.

The bathroom is a bit cramped, but everything is there and works.

We like the fact that it is family owned. We also loved how friendly and helpful the staff was with excellent touring and dining recommendations. We felt very welcome in your city and loved the area. We will recommend it.

My husband is on a diet that didn't allow him to eat the breakfast choices. Orher than that everything was perfect.

How ever I book a king suite The kitchen was not setup had to go buy pots an pan flatwear Plates dish soap. So if your looking a kitchen just Make sure you bring yours.

Assistant Manager, Janet, was really wonderful. She went out of her way to make us feel really welcomed. The room is basic but quite comfortable. It has kitchenette with nice size refrigerator and microwave. It has very good price/quality ratio.

Courteous staff. Good value. Clean and comfortable. The frig and mIcrowave were great to have.

The pet fee was not advertised on the website.

Для нашего переезда из Напы в Долину смерти это было удачное место для ночевки. Уютный чистый номер нормальной гостиницы (не мотель). Благодаря относительной отдаленности от основных туристических объектов, цена номера очень привлекательна. А утром выяснилось, что и городок весьма симпатичный.

Завтрак был довольно скудным, но все же достаточным - мюсли, яйца, горячие вафли, йогурт и, как часто бывает в этих краях, отсутствие десерта и никакой кофе.

Il problema principale per chi deve lavorare con internet, è la mancanza completa del WIFI....impossibile lavorare per 1 minuto e poi perdere la connessione per 10 minuti e così via..... Questa è stata la causa di un mio errore su una mia nuova prenotazione con Booking.com.
