The staff always smiles! We were visiting family and the little ones loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was well worth the money. The overall atmosphere is warm, everything is so clean. We were made to feel so welcome each time we returned. Nothing!

Very nice staff but totally over utilized. Very good fitness room. That was an unexpected surprise! Nice sized room. This hotel is SO short staffed! You need to hire more people to cover the job functions. Food at the restaurant not so good. The famous "Mobley Burger" a dry disaster. Would love my money back on the two my husband and i ate. The bathroom was so cold and no heater. Did not have enough towels. Did not have tissues.

Could not have been more pleased with this Hilton Garden Inn Ral / Cary !! The property is new..spotless .. lovely..comfortable...very friendly and helpful desk staff, especially desk clerk Katherine ... has every amenity you can think of .. great location for our NC STATE football game...quiet ..easy to find..good lobby bar...awesome breakfast ....beds to die for with adjustable control for either hard or soft mattress ... Would definitely stay and recommend again and to others !!!

Very nice room, great bed and linens. I was led to believe that I could use the shuttle service to go to a nearby event, but no. And the taxi the hotel called for me was not only filthy, but a very scary ride to and from the event.
