Although the resort was great and we had a excellent time over there, there were just a few things that could make our experience even better. So here are my suggestions: - There is one small window next to the bed that have no curtains and woke me up everyday since the sun was shinning out there. - I also would like to have more options in the menu to dinner and lunch in the hotel.

Very friendly, polite and thoughtful hotel-staff. Very clean room. Breathtaking outlook to the ocean. Great service at the pool. Bike and moped rental. Jetski tour was great. Wi-Fi is free. Late checkout was possible. We come again :) Our jetski-guide was a bit rude and had no motivation.

Refined hotel, old but fully renovated, historic, pleasant, beach's service, very good pools (2). Great breakfast although paid extra. Service efficient and friendly. Good location. We had to wait 2 hours for check-in and yet the room was not ready, so the hotel offered an upgrade to room with balcony, but what we really wanted was that the room booked was clean at the right time and we had not to stand waiting for the check-in. People need to understand that an upgrade does not eliminate the problems caused.

The pool area and the grounds. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Bed was below standard that one would expect. The couch in my room was the worst thing I had sat on in years. Took five minutes of water running to get the dark color and sand or ? out of it. Not one push button worked on phone. Had to call the operator everytime. Room service was fine but food wasn't cooked enough. I spent alot of money for two days and was very disappointed. Alot of history with Casa but in my opinion they are trying to live and charge for their heritage.

The front desk tried to service my requests as quick as possible and I was pleased that no requests by me,however small was treated as very important to correct immediately. Very good service in the 21th century. I preferred the Old World decor rather the sleet modern design of the furniture and rugs.

Il giardino è molto bello e ben attrezzato con diverse piscine, la zona comune esterna è stupenda, la posizione è fantastica proprio sul mare con una bella spiaggia.siamo stati solo tre giorni ma mi sarei fermata volentieri ancora un paio di giorni Le stanze e I bagni non sono granchè, hanno ancora le moquette ovunque abbastanza vecchie e con un aspetto poco pulito.

El edificio está en muy buenas condiciones. No asi los colchones. La atencion es mediocre. Hay muchos eventos, por lo que todo el personal (muchísimo) corre sin parar llevando cosas para las cenas o cursos. No son amables. Tiene un gran problema: para llegar a las habitaciones, se debe hacerlo en parte al descubierto. Hizo muchísimo frio, y ésto es un inconveniente, así si lloviera. No hay un lugar agradable y calido para "picar" algo o tomar un café con un bagel. No tienen provisiones en el bar.

Localização e estrutura para lazer. Apesar de indicações de que uma grande reforma havia sido feita, notamos alguns pontos que precisam de reparos. Rodapés, pintura. Nossa cama tinha uma estrutura de metal que rangiu a noite toda com qualquer movimento.
