Overall , our stay was excellent. staff was helpfull and friendly ,room/ocean view was excellent

had to deal with a minor ant problem that should not have occured ,shower water pressure seemd very low which might be an island issue more than a hotel issue , and I thought being charged a fee for wifi was totally unnecessary with the room rate as high as it was. Also , a separate $20/day parking fee was a bit much.

We loved the few from our room. Both the ocean and pools and back area of the resort. The resort was beautifully landscaped and the employees were very helpful and friendly.

I think the cost of the room is expensive without anything being all inclusive. It would be nice to get food or drinks with a package to stay.

Staff was perfect. Very beautiful building and setting. Nice and spacious room. Good compromise on location: near enough to the city though not walking distance to the touristic places, but still a calm neighbourhood.

Pricey. Few restaurant options inside the hotel (just one). It's almost a resort where you can check-in and forget about the outside world, but falls short of it and we had to go to the city more often than we'd like to. Sofa-bed was not very comfortable to sleep in.

Housekeeping was terrible, did not get room made up until 5pm after having to ask. Did not get handtowels, Spoke to Manager of hotel about service

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Obviously a nice resort, pool and beach.

Check in was late. Waited several hours for room to be ready. (finally checked in around 5pm). The room was on ground floor and at the far east of the resort. Very noisy all night long from car and motorcycle traffic. We did not get any sleep during our 4 day stay except at the pool (from exhaustion). The room is way overpriced for its location.

Room not ready when we checked in at 6pm. 2Nd room we refused was a dungeon 3rd room right next to car park, refused. 4Th room, so small we could not open our cases. 5Th room excellent. They had a convention and gave all the good rooms away to them, we were not happy but eventually things were sorted and staff were great. Bad things, you have to pay for car park and they charge a daily 'resort fee' for towels, pool beds !!!! saying that they do give out free drinks...too many weddings....one grumpy pool bar staff..

Pretty much everything was great! Superb location , great rooms including comfy beds. Excellent service throughout! Thru my job i stay something like 200 nights in a hotel annually, hence i feel qualified to evaluate. This hotel is absolutely Great!

Well..Maybe they could change the meny at the Sun Sun(?) restaurant more often. A bit worn down bathroom .

It was quiet, clean and the rooms were very roomy and beautiful. The outside was landscaped very nice and the beach area was nice and well taken care of. Workers in the lobby area were very helpful and friendly.

People smoking on their outside deck, next to our deck. We were not able to enjoy our deck and view.

The room had one desk chair. We asked for a chair and it took 4 hours and 4 people to get us one. It was just an ok place. We had just spent time at cheeka and that was an incredible experience at the same price. Service here was no comparison to the cheeka or any other 4 store hotel we have stayed.

The service was excellent especially the pool/beach staff. They went out of their way to insure that we had everything we needed and wanted. From the beach starfish painting to the popsicles by the pool, we enjoyed and appreciated it tremendously.

The heritage was extremely prominent as soon as you walk into this hotel, a truly Waldorf Astoria resort. Amazing views and very relaxing ambiance.

Disliked the stains on the bed sheets, also ants were found crawling at the corner of the bed. Expected perfect cleanliness from this place but didn't get it.

We had an excellent stay, the front desk team were friendly and efficient , the bar staff were great a special mention to Julie and Derren who made us feel very welcome whilst there also the guys who worked on the beach setting up the loungers etc very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location is great and the Beach Vista Suite we had had great views,

Charges can mount up, we had Valet parking for a couple of nights then moved to self parking however on the second night we couldnt gain access to the hotel car park and parked on the street but were still charged for self parking.....I Would suggest stocking up the mini bars ? the on site shop closes quite early so a mini bar can come in handy

The beach proximity is fabulous and the walk into Duvall etc is very simple.

Did not recieve room requeated and confirmed 45 days ago. Metal springs in bed sounded like a prison cot. Vomit or something on mesh window curtain. Worst value over a four location 10 day vacation ever experienced- all at Hilton properties.

Overpriced , and staff not very helpful on arrival. Suites very nice , but expected better kitchenette facilities. The location was fantastic, but generally disapointed with the hotel facilities and staff suppport. Did not feel it was value for the money paid.

it was a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the scenic views of key west without being too far (walking distance) from the fantastic night life key west offers at the weekend.

The beach and pool side service was excellent, we were given popsicles, frozen flannels, drinks, cooling spray and cucumber slices for our eyes and the staff were friendly. The location was beautiful.

The room walls were very thin and other guests personal and intimate noises were heard in the quiet of the night! The air conditioning was noisy and the room cleaning just was'nt up to scratch.

Very disappointed with the service and cleaningnes of the king ocean view room. Balcony wast way to small room was never cleaned on second day and bathroom was extremely small the shower was very low and narrow with mold along the corner of the shower glass Second time staing there the first time 5 years ago was amazing this time it was awfull the room was motel like furniture will not be going back to that hotel.

We liked our spacious suite, the location and the friendly, professional service.
