Good central location, perfect for St George Street
Really feel that they could have provided free wifi in the rooms - it was free in the lobby
Wonderful old style hotel with excellent service and comfort. The location could not be better, you can walk everywhere. Great restaurant and lovely shops.
Comfort & Decor.
You can hear everything in adjoining rooms.
No mini bar in room Wifi far too expensive, should be free in this class of hotel. Staff not as welcoming as should be,this appears to be geographical rather than local.
Great walking location. Very comfortable historic hotel. Don't miss enjoying the pool.
Internet fee seems excessive.
the architecture is fantastic and was the main motivation to our decision to stay.
I felt there was little imagination put in to the service of the hotel. No nice little surprises that make you feel valued. The gym was very limited and the running machine was out of order.
Staff was welcoming and friendly.
The hotel itself is beautiful and distinct however it boils down to another corporate Marriott hotel. Stay at a bed and breakfast instead and save some money.
Food was good but expensive. Bathroom was large and good shower. No self-parking.
No mini fridge in the room. Pillows were small. Not enough electrical outlets. Bar and restaurant too dark.
Fantastic location!!! Great customer service.
Lauren was great, Brett was very kind. The restaurant was wonderful . Was nice having the horse & buggy ride pick us up at the hotel .
A bit difficult getting mom up and down the stairs, into the building.
It is a long list: our room was small, like our bathroom at Breakers, had a small window with poor views, noisy, located above the orchestra in the restaurant with loud music until midnight, nearest room was the gym with loud disco music starting 6 am. we booked a king bed, got a queen, my husband 6 foot 6, there was only one nightstand and it was so dark in the room that we needed our flashlight to find our clothes in closet. Chairs in the restaurant were greasy, no buffet breakfast so in order to get some fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and eggs you need to pay $ 50-60.
The spain flair
The entire staff, from housekeeping to the front desk and the resturaunt are the most pleasant and accommodating group of people I have ever met in my very extensive travels. Over the years, Casa Monica is the only place we would stay in St. Augustine.
My wife is 89 years old. The first room was on the 3rd floor and about a1/4 mile from the elevator. Fortunately, the following morning we were transferred to a better room closer to the elevator. The second room was much closer to the standards we were used to at Casa Monica.
It was great
Location, building and interior design were great. The staff was very helpful.
Very pretty hotel and close to all the things in the area.
Front desk was amazing. They delivered on anything I needed with a smile.
Really comfortable, quiet room. Outstanding location in the heart of the tourist district. Beautiful bedding and bathroom.
Staff were all excellent! Wonderful trip to attend our niece`s wedding.
Timing between courses at the reception should have been shorter. Allowing the homeless people into the hotel and coffee shop made me uncomfortable.
The rooms are nice.
The service in the restaurant and the bar is very poor.
Spectacular architecture and elegance.
I think paying $24 a day to park is a bit steep. Room price was fair until you add the parking.
