Casablanca Hotel

Sehr schönes Ambiente, freie Versorgung mit Getränken, Snacks, etc. rund um die Uhr, PC-Arbeitsplatz mit freiem Internetzugang, sehr freundliches Personal, eigenlich alles.

Das Klimagerät im Zimmer war offensichtlich verschmutzt und seit längerer Zeit nicht gereinigt worden (schwarzer Belag in den Lüftungsklappen von aussen zu sehen.) Deswegen die Bewertung der Sauberkeit des Zimmers nur mit gut. Der tägliche Zimmerservice dagegen war perfekt.

Das Fruestueck, Wein and Cheese am Abend, die Freundlichkeit des Service, die Lage des Hotels mitten im Centrum und dennoch relativ ruhig, gute Betten

Fenster und Klimaanlage sind renovierungsbeduerftig, es fehlt ein Schminkspiegel im Bad auch koennte das Licht am Spiegel fuer die Damen freundlicher sein, leider war das urspruengliche uns angebotene Zimmer sehr klein, so dass wir umziehen mussten, jedoch problemlos von der Leitung des Hotels geregelt wurde

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and most definitely will recommend this hotel to all of our friends who will visit NY. Location was excellent, room was surprisingly quiet, the snack bar and breakfast were really good.

Well, it's New York, so the prices are much above what you'd pay elsewehere.

bathroom was lovely, it was very good having access to coffee and teas etc throughout the day, excellent location for Times Square and shopping. access to free internet was brilliant. breakfast was really good.

lots of street noise day and night.

The central location was excellent, the hotel was extremely quiet, comfortable, welcoming and the staff were all exceptional.

Great value form money, great location: 10 meters (!!!) from Times Square. Great Staff and great services!!

The staff was very helpful, friendly. The hotel is generally clean and comfortable, and very centrally located.

Because of its location, some of the rooms are quite noisy (outside machinery, air-conditioning fans, etc.) and even if they are comfortable, the rooms are quite small.

The Casablanca hotel is located in the heart of Times Square, but slightly tucked away, so you don't experience the constant rush and noise of the city. The hotel, which is more of a boutique B&B, is very cozy offering a 24 hour snack/tea and coffee service in their 2nd floor lounge, which is a lovely gathering place, or just a great place to relax and read a good book by the fire place.

Cleaning and hotel staff were very good. They really did their best. Location is excellent if you just visit the city. We spend a week there.

Heating as normally in many hotels is old fashion and use much energy, is noisy and not effective enough because windows are poor. The prize is high compared to the hotel but on the other hand the location is good.
