Casablanca Hotel  

The location was excellent, rooms were quiet and comfortable, staff was top notch, but the real perk was the wine and cheese in the evening. Nice to sit and relax with a drink and snack after a busy day and before you go out again for the evening.

Great place to stay and experience NYC. Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable and cozy. Loved the ceiling fan.

Bathroom small, but large shower. Internal rooms quiet but with little sun light.

Location is perfect to explore NYC and take in some shows. Everything seems to be out your front door. Main subway line so close if you want to travel further afield. Second stay at this great hotel and I can't say enough great things!

We like the location, the breakfast & the wine & cheese in the evening. We liked the new flat screen TV's which make the rooms feel a lot bigger.

Very disappointed that the Smoking patio is no longer a smoking area. It was such a nice outside area to sit in. My husband was not at all happy with having to go out onto the street out front of the hotel to smoke. It maybe time to change the look in the hotel to a more sleek modern up to date look, similar to the Intercontinental & Shangri La hotels we usually stay in.

Jeffrey was delightful! Loved the breakfast and wine/cheese reception. It IS an oasis in the middle of chaotic Times Square. The staff make the place--from the girls at breakfast to the doormen--all perfectly charming, inviting, and helpful! And then, there was Jeffrey, at the desk... Will stay nowhere else now!

Our room got terribly warm a few nights and we couldn't get the heat to turn off. It is an older building and a bit "tired."

Incredible service from staff, really exceptionnal

Heating had ups and downs due to a temporary failure. Fixed since then.

Nice Staff, great location if you need to be in midtown and stunning if you need to be near Time Square.

The hotel lacked amenities. I understand its a boutique hotel with minimal keys. Elevators need to be refurbished or modernized

Breakfast is a little poor. When I woke up early morning, there was no hot water. I was later told that I should have waited for more than 5 minutes... Other than that, I had a very pleasent stay.

The staff is the definite highlight. So nice and friendly, and so accommodating. The location is wonderful, too. Right next to Times Square, but still so quiet.

I liked the hotel and the area where you have breakfast and wine was really cozy and nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast although we would have liked a bit more choice. The wine and cheese evenings were excellent. The rooms we had were King Size and we had plenty of room and the bed was really big and comfortable. The staff were also really helpful.

Our room was quite hot and we would have liked Tea and Coffe making facilities in our room.

Excelent service very polite and helpful. Confortable rooms and beds. Nice breakfast and afternoon cheese and wine included. Free wifi internet in the whole place. The location is perfect just half a block from times square and next to an excelent italian restaurant. I Will definitly come back

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and nothing was to much trouble. All staff very friendly & helpful. Excellent choice of fresh foods for breakfast and lovely touch with coffee and cookies at lunch time and cheese and wine in evening. Bathrobe and slippers excellent quality, actually bought robe. Realise that price wise this hotel is at the top end but worth every penny as it is like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of New York as although it is very central when you go into the hotel it is so quiet and relaxed and almost like stepping back in time. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is quiet and provides a very good communal dining area and lounge. The hotel is very convenient to many locations. The rooms are clean and have adequate space and are quiet and the bed is comfortable. Enjoyed the communal lounge area to come to during the day. Enjoyed the snacks provided and the breakfast was good
