We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and most definitely will recommend this hotel to all of our friends who will visit NY. Location was excellent, room was surprisingly quiet, the snack bar and breakfast were really good. No, liked it all. |

The staff is absolutely superb! The complimentary breakfast, afternoon beverages, and wine & cheese in the evening are wonderful. Well, it's New York, so the prices are much above what you'd pay elsewehere. |

Very close to Time Square Nice staff I just didn't know it was a "non smoking" hotel, so could have been charged for ...200$ But happily the Manager was very understanding, and I haven't be charged. |

The staff was very helpful, friendly. The hotel is generally clean and comfortable, and very centrally located. Because of its location, some of the rooms are quite noisy (outside machinery, air-conditioning fans, etc.) and even if they are comfortable, the rooms are quite small. |

This was our second visit to hotel and we will be returning sometime in the future. It's a pity that there are few hotels who can achieve the standard, service and friendliness of the Casablanca. The car park bell that rings from 7.30am to 11pm - it can be annoying! |

The Casablanca hotel is located in the heart of Times Square, but slightly tucked away, so you don't experience the constant rush and noise of the city. The hotel, which is more of a boutique B&B, is very cozy offering a 24 hour snack/tea and coffee service in their 2nd floor lounge, which is a lovely gathering place, or just a great place to relax and read a good book by the fire place. |

Staff were very friendly and attentative. The free coffee and cakes in the lounge throughout the day is a fantastic idea, as is the cheese and wine in the evenings. Included breakfasts and free internet access/wireless is an added bonus. Wireless access in the lounge is poor. |

Cleaning and hotel staff were very good. They really did their best. Location is excellent if you just visit the city. We spend a week there. Heating as normally in many hotels is old fashion and use much energy, is noisy and not effective enough because windows are poor. The prize is high compared to the hotel but on the other hand the location is good. |

The location and size of hotel, complementary informal breakfast and especially the evening cheese and wine. The hotel atmosphere and excellent and friendly staff. The room and bed size was a little small but for the price i am not complaining. |

Nice wine and cheese reception and delicious breakfast. A reasonably sized hotel room for New York. Literally steps from Broadway! The staff was wonderfully accomodating and warm. There is a great deal of pride here. Very quiet for the location! It was difficult to adjust the heat, I left my windows open. Window face a courtyard that was not scenic. |

Location is perfect for the theater district, a continental breakfast is included and staff are most helpful especially in storing luggage after check-out, but before our train left. |

Great location close to timessquare and couple of good breakfast restaurants. Easy to get to major places in NYC. Warm atmosphere. Nice 2nd floor with tea and coffee and snacks. Very small size of rooms. No window view. |
