Very friendly small hotel in excellent location.

The service was excellent by all the staff. Particularly enjoyed the 2nd floor Rick's Cafe lounge, where a varied Continental breakfast was offered and which served wine, cheese, and nibbles every evening. Plus, it was open all day for coffee, tea -- and cookies. Provided a welcome respite from the hectic city scene.

Our room was quite small -- which created a few problems for a five-night stay.

The staff was a great, the rooms are wonderful the treat of continental breakfast ,food wine and cheese dinner, it's fabulous all over. We were booked for 1 night, but enjoyed it so much decided to stay an extra night and I do plan on returning someday. Also I would certainly recommend it, again I would love to compliment the staff they were always tentative and delightful. Thank you for wonderful stay.

The Casablanca was an oasis of quite and peaceful attention in the midst of the chaos of Times Square. Everything was done with care and the staff were all excellent

Liked the location the friendness of staff and loved been able to just get hot drinks and nibbles 24/7 epescially. After a long day the most important thing to use was how clean the place was it was spotless

Thought the room was bit on the small side for the price

The staff were extremely friendly, and the added bonus of breakfast, 24hr coffee tea and snacks, and the evening 5-8pm wine, prosecco and cheese was fantastic. All included.

We had the smallest lowest price room and it was very small for a couple with 2 suitcases.

Location was perfect for us! It was amazingly quiet hotel, although you´re in a middle of Times Square. I had never slept so well in any hotel before. First night we came to hotel, I had to claim about the room. It was ridiculous small. We couldn´t even open toilet door well in that tiny room. I had to claim this wasn´t worth of money. Hotel personnel promised us bigger room for other nights and we got it. After changing room our vacation turned out to be more happy. Rooms were tidy and clean. Cheese and wine complimentary was nice addition to our vacation.

The first night room wasn´t worth of money. It was too small room for family, not talking about too narrow bed. First impression of the hotel was big disappointment, because hotel had got so great reviews from other guests. It was quite funny, that you could hear other guests noise from other rooms but the street noise you did not.

Breakfast is good. Location is excellent. Wi-fi connectivity is good.

Not the cheapest hotel when you add on the taxes - I naively forgot about them.

An excellent hotel, very accommodating , perfect location.

I chose the hotel for its comfortable lounge facility in addition to its location. It's perfect for tourists returning from long walks in cold weather to be able to relax in the beautiful warm lounge with comp refreshments. The wine and cheese each evening were very welcome start to the evening. Staff were very friendly.

The decor and theme are nice but looking a little tired - time to refresh.

Very courteous staff. Wonderful complimentary wine and cheese reception until 8:00pm each evening. Generous complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Limited table seating in Rick's Cafe for breakfast, though. Comfortably sized bedroom for leisure with very nice bathroom, but no desk for business. This hotel is located approximately 20 steps from Times Square. It is convenient to most theaters, dining, Subway, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, and just 9 blocks from Penn Station. We walked to Central Park.

The elevator stopped with a series of three abrupt jerks when it stopped at the fifth floor. This made my daughter uncomfortable. She took the stairs often; the stairs, though, are nicely carpeted with a center rail to separate up and down. I also took the stairs because they are so eye- pleasing and comfortable. This is a hotel suited to leisure, not business, in my opinion.
