aperitief & kaas gratis en à volonté tussen 17 en 20u; lekker uitgebreid continentaal ontbijt; continu gratis koffie/thee en gebak; uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame staf; de kamers aan de binnenkant zijn zeer stil; goede bedden; mooie inrichting; goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding de kamers aan de straat en aan de achterkant zijn zeer lawaaierig (achteraan door de enorme airco installaties van de buren; wij verhuisden na 1 nacht van kamer 308 naar 406 en sliepen daar als rozen); de individuele airco in de kamers is verouderd en tamelijk lawaaierig, maar wij hadden die niet nodig (begin november) |

Het personeel en de service is geweldig. Ze doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Er is een gezellige lounge met wijn en hapjes vanaf 16.00 uur, er staat altijd koffie en thee klaar, het ontbijt is top (alles inbegrepen). Wij vertrokken eerder dan gereserveerd, er werd niet moeilijk over gedaan. Erg aardig. Op steenworp afstand van Times Square. Gratis internet. Perfect voor jongeren. Value for money. Kamer erg klein met lawaaiige airco, uitzicht op soort stortkoker. Met het onbeveiligde netwerk kwam direct allerlei spam, rommel en een virus mee. De laptop is de volgende dag bij het Sonycenter hersteld. Oppassen dus. |

Het is een klein hotel (41 kamers), midden in Manhattan, op 75 m van Time Square. Super gelegen dus. Met uitzonderlijk vriendelijk personeel. Een uitstekend ontbijt, de hele dag gratis koffie etc. en iedere dag van 17.00 uur tot 20.00 uur gratis wijn en kaas. Bij de buren kan je lekker eten en 50 m verder ligt een gezellig Belgisch café, waar je o.a. lekkere mosselen kan eten! Wij sliepen in kamer 508. Daar was wel wat lawaai van de airco van het gebouw naast het hotel. Onze vrienden sliepen in kamer 506, die kant had geen last. |

We were looking for an intimate, romantic, private, boutique style hotel that was close to all the action but a sanctuary when we required it. The Casablanca is a unique gem of a hotel just steps from the hustle and bustle of Times Square and designed in a way that you would never know that you were in the heart of the city for a peaceful nights sleep. The ambiance, helpful and genuinely friendly staff paired with stress free access to refreshments throughout the day helped make our New York stay a perfect honeymoon. We would highly recommend the Casablanca for theatre goers and lovers of a little indulgence - the cheese and wine reception every evening and the piano player on a Friday transport you to another era.... The standard double room on first impression seemed a little small, particularly for my husband who is over 6ft. However, the room was tastefully furnished, was well designed for storage, the bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. |

The hotel is conveniently located. The concierges are very friendly and helpful. Very small, not comfortable and noisy room. Very small, not comfortable slippy bathroom. |

This hotel has everything - friendly and helpful staff, very large room for the location and city, excellent breakfast and wine and cheese in the evening and quiet even though it was in the middle of the city! |

The breakfast was very nice as was the wine and cheese in the evening. The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. Rick's has a very nice atmosphere in which we could relax and chat with friends. the people we traveled with had a room overlooking the street and did not sleep well because of the noise even tho they wore ear plugs. They would not stay there again for that reason. Our inside room was quiet except for the noisy air conditioner. |

convenience to Times Square and subway; continental breakfast and wine/cheese hour were right on; access to gym (although off campus) was good; convenient to reasonable parking it is time to retire old TVs and bring on flat screens. My wife had recent knee replacements and she noted there were no hand rails in tubs to hold onto |

Marvelous hotel -- great staff, very willing to help, great location in Midtown, half block from Times Square. The breakfast was wonderful, very helpful to have food right there before starting our day. The afternoon wine and cheese was also lovely -- a great way relax before the evening. We had some confusion about our room -- we thought we booked a double -- ie, two beds-- but only had one double bed instead (not very clear on the web site!) However, we were offered a suite with two beds at a rate only sightly higher than what we expected, and it was very nice. All in all, having the breakfast and snacks helped tremendously with the cost of visiting NYC. The hotel lobby and the second floor lounge areas are really charming. |

I loved the service, the location, the cleanliness, the ambiance and the wonderful continental breakfast. I did not like the noise from trucks arriving and unloading all night at a facility across the street. It is very difficult to keep me awake, but the noise did. |

The Casablanca in the heart of times square provided us with the perfect location to enjoy all that Manhattan had to offer. It is a boutique style hotel with special services like the complimentary breakfasts and a daily wine and cheese social. The staff were attentive and professional. We would choose to stay there again. |

The staff, the service, the breakfast, the wine and cheese reception were all wonderful. I truly felt pampered amd will definitely return. The WiFi service throughout the hotel was not available as advertised. The management was responsive to complaints about this and explained they had just changed providers. Attempts were made to resolve the issue but were only partly successful. |
