The garden. The residence-like interiors. The breakfast area. The quiet street presence. The quirky details all over. All great.
The internet connection was weak. Maid service could have been slightly better.
Location, restaurants near-by.
Property ready for restoration, a lot of peeling paint on the outside. Grounds needed maintenance .
Beautiful gardens, delicious made-to-order breakfast, roomy hacienda with kitchen and patio, beautifully furnished, friendly staff, well-located, excellent value.
Very comfortable, homey rooms.
Individual apartments with good facilities close to the old town
Wifi was a bit flaky in the route 66 apartment. Could do with a access point.
Loved the "retro" feel of the property. Beautiful grounds, great location withgin walking distance of Old Town and the Botanical Garden. Excellent breakfast.
Staff very helpful. Dining room very nice. Cook to order breakfast. Great location to old town
Excellent location to Old Town. Unique property with a lot of history. Nice having a cooked to order breakfast. Friendly, informative staff, especially Lorenzo upon our arrival. We would stay here again.
Beautiful gardens and breakfast setting. The staff was very cordial and considerate.
Old Town shuts down at night so we couldn't take advantage of the location.
Lovely rooms with everything you could want. We ate out and ate in, the choice is yours with full kitchen facilities in the room. 5 minutes walk to old town. Freshly made New Mexico breakfast - great portions. Great decor throughout the grounds. Would stay here again.
Had to turn air con off at night ( a bit noisy) but room wasn't too hot.
I had only one brief night here, but it was comfortable, safe, and quiet, and I would certainly return. These are casitas located across Central from the Plaza in old town and are convenient to that area. The enclosed grounds which connect all the casitas are beautiful, very well maintained, and full of art... I felt like I was walking through the entry gates into history. The rooms are both commodious and funky with plenty of character and charm which makes the world of away. My bed was huge and very comfortable. I had a full kitchen, and plenty of lounging area. Patios galore. I had to leave before breakfast, but met the chef and toured his kitchen. There is a full menu which looked and smelled great A special shout out to the staff who were simply excellent and very accommodating and informative. In all, a nice, but brief, stay which I would surely repeat.
There were a number of flying insects in the room, and the windows seemed in disrepair.
Great place to stay.staff and manager go out if their way to assist. Would highly recommend
Felt like "home" after staying in hotels for the previous week. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Loved the location - within a short walk to Old Town.
Minor issue with the blinds in the master bedroom - should be replaced.
This was a wonderful historic hotel / bed and breakfast that was located within walking distance of Albuquerque Old Town. The grounds and gardens were absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and we highly recommend this establishment.
We liked everything about this place! It was perfect. The staff was delightful, clean, wonderful breakfasts, unique, well-kept, charming. I can't say enough good things about Casas de Suenos. If back in Albuquerque, we will definitely stay here. Wish we could find a place like this everywhere we go. Thank you so very much!!
The garden is beautiful! The layout of the property gives the impression that you have your own private villa. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Rooms were roomy and clean. Staff did all they can to make your stay comfortable.
My drive way was blocked the whole time I was there. Construction of Side walk made it a little noisy and dusty for our motorcycles.
Location. Peace of gardens. Breakfast. Friendly staff
Height of bed! I could barely get in
We enjoyed the ambiance and old world charm of Casas de Suenos. The grounds are spectacular and the rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was great from the setting to the food to the service. Really, it is unusual to find complete satisfaction with all aspects of our stay--in fact, we extended our stay an additional night to enjoy the place longer. We plan on telling everyone we know of what a great place this was and will definitely stay again whenever we are in town!
We cannot think of anything to put in this column, which for us is quite unusual.
The staff was excellent! The grounds and environment was beautiful and peaceful. We had an immensely relaxing stay and it did not feel as though we were in the city. It was quiet and safe.
Beautiful apartments with lovely southwestern decor. The best sleep that I have had on an 8 day road trip. Wonderful breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds.
Had to cross some large busy roads when heading to the old town on foot. However, the pedestrian crossings worked well.
Very nice and calm setting of appartments with a lot of artwork in the house and the nice garden. Very good breakfast with eggs or burittos prepared fresh to your order. We spontaneously decided to prolong our stay in this "villa of dreams" only a short walk away from the old town center. A wonderful location!
Everything was perfect to us!
loved the staff !! went overboard to accommodate me....great chef, wonderful front staff.both of them. big cottonwood trees were stunning. will go back in a heartbeat !!
just a little thing.dishes need to be replaced in hot tub room.....not a big deal.
The Inn is very near Old Town. Units are little apartments constructed in the 1930's around a beautiful courtyard, patio. We had a nice (dark) sitting room, complete kitchen, small bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast is very good, cooked to order from a menu and served in a lovely sunroom. The Innkeepers are pleasant and helpful.
The unit's facilities could use some updating, especially the bathroom. Our unit was not made up until nearly 4:30 in the afternoon.
Location was great... Close to old town. The bungalows are funky and retro. Loved the quaintness of the individual rooms.. Full kitchens, large living area and very comfy beds. They were very accommodating when I needed a late check out.
I couldn't get my wifi to work but really didn't ever ask to have help to solve the connection hookup.
