Good rooms and comfortable beds. Good value for money on the buffet. Poor customer service. We waited 45 minutes for a table at Mobey's, then 40 minutes for the food which arrived cold. The attitude of the staff was terrible and following a complaint I have yet to receive the courtesy of a response.

It was a beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing and we were treated like royality. The drive to the location was a bit farther than we realized but even with that we would still return.

Nice, new building and bedding. The service was the worst I have ever seen at a "4 star" hotel. Our room was never made up, they did not have anyone to help with luggage, and the gym had no attendant, so machines were not wiped down. Also towels were in the gym on one day, but not the next. Also not only was the lobby filled with smoke, but the air conditioning system didn't filter the air in the rooms. Consequently, our room smelled stale and the smoke gave me a sore throat. It seems that whoever is running this operation does not have any experience running a hotel of this size.

This casino hotel is so modern and nicely laid out that its hard to find fault. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, great selection of restaurants and the casino is a nice size without being overwhelming!

The hotel pool is wonderful and my grandchildren can't wait to go back. They are already planning a Fourth of July stay! For whatever reason, the ac in our room was not working properly. The room got a little warm.

I originally chose it due to proximity to family. I returned and will each time, because it's a wonderful place to stay. Safe, clean, friendly and with great amenities. The hotel staff, law enforcement staff and valet parking staff have been, without exception, extremely helpful and polite. I will be bringing other family members with me on future visits. I expect to stay there a few times/year for 3-5 nights each time. I think it would be wise to put something on the floor of the shower stalls that make them less slipperyy. I also think there should be "grab bars" in each shower stall. I didn't fall or have problems but it seemed slippery and I think many people would benefit from having a "grab bar" to hold onto.

Great hotel and casino in Tucson. Nice location overlooking the mountains. Rooms are tastefully decorated; roomy with comfy bedding and luxurious bathrooms. Keurig coffee maker in the room was a great plus. Didn't use the pool, but it looked beautiful.
