The room was nice and clean everything worked. Check in person was rude but the check out person was nice. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot Check in person . no ice machine on first floor

Staff extremely friendly and accomodating and the location is great. Rooms were wonderful if they had been maintained and smoke free was available. We requested non smoking room-were told none available-received room with incredible smoke odor-burn marks-broken lampshade-stained chairs and carpets-etc-bed did not even have bedskirt like other rooms. Staff did an excellent job of cleaning but facilities were badly damaged and not well maintained. Spoke with other guests later-arrived after we did and received non-smoking rooms. Price/location were great but had to dry clean all clothing taken due to smoke odor!

This hotel was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly, and for once the room was better than the pictures on the internet. I booked using booking.com. I was hesitant at first, but I did not have any problems checking in. This site was about fifty dollars less than the other travel sites I looked at.

I had a great time at Tunica Roadhouse Casino & Hotel. The room was nice, just like the picture. I was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi, got in with some bubbles, turned on the jets and all of this funky stuff started floating on the top of the water. If a hotel offers these tubs in their rooms they should b maintained correctly. The overall stay was great.

While the rustic casino decor suggests backwoods, the Hotel attached to this casino is nothing but luxurious! Treat Yourself to a day at the spa with pampering with the in-room Jacuzzi. The bathroom is made for pampering: 2 sinks for his and her, Gilded faucet handles, separate toilet room with emergency phone, As well as a padded stool to sit on while applying makeup. Toiletries are lather- Ricious. Channel lineup needs to be improved Wifi costs more money No room service

I loved the jacuuzi tub! It was perfect for a quick romantic weekend. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. There was a great restaurant downstairs, too. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel room could have been cleaner. There was a stain on our top sheet and blanket. This hotel is in a casino, so there should be no reason that they cannot replace stained bed clothing. They make plenty revenue to cover these types of problems. Also, there were ashes in our toilet and a used match in an ashtray when we arrived, leading us to believe that the hotel staff were smoking in our room while they were supposed to be cleaning. And we had to pay $5 for a microwave to be brought to our room. What's up with that? Really!?
