Central location. Bed was extremely comfy, bathroom was very clean and the shower was great.
Perfect location; walked to nearly everything but Battery Park. Surprisingle clean rooms.
Modern hotel and very central
great location, friendly helpful staff and lovely comfortable room. Room rate included breakfast which was great and helpful in managing a budget.
breakfast at next-door "Butter" was a nice menu however all laid out in the open on a counter which meant the nice-looking breads and scones etc dried up quickly. This would be easy to fix with covers for the plates of croissants etc. The yogurt should be placed on ice and kept covered too. On our last day we weren't informed that breakfast was closing early so we missed out.
Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Real warm welcome . Room was lovely and clean and the location was perfect for all you need but quiet for a good nights sleep.
Would like tea and coffee making facilities in the room but it is supplied in the lobby in the morning.
Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Times Square. Comfortable room, bit dated, suited us fine. Friendly front desk staff, very helpful.
The heating/AC unit was noisy. The bathroom extractor didn't appear to be working.
Close walking distance to all top attractions.
The staff at the Cassa 45th are amazing. They know what costumer service is and they deliver excellence. The rooms are very comfortable, fresh and modern.
The king size room was not as big as expected. Don't expect too much of a city view.
The price we expected to pay was higher than the actual reality due to three additional taxes. These were not made very clear when booking, actually, two of these were not even mentioned until we checked our credit card bill.
Noisy lift and water pipe noise 24 hours, sound of gushing water is not good! Tried to move, no luck Don't send requests for a quiet room in advance as it wont happen! No tea and coffee in rooms
Friendly staff, excellent location, comfy beds
Great location, Free wifi, friendly staff, room was decent size, free coffee in the mornings, free later check out.
Free wifi was VERY slow
We just had a return stay at Cassa 45 Street and again very pleased with everything the Cassa has to offer. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to an executive package which included breakfast. The breakfast was very nice served in the restaurant Butter, downstairs. The rooms at Cassa are lovely. The best showers and beds are really comfy. The location is great. We walked all over New York. So close to Times Square and Broadway Shows. We highly recommend the Cassa 45 Street. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The staffs are very friendly.
The room is too small and TOO DARK.
I grew up in NY yet was never there as a tourist. I loved being in the city and at such a perfect location. Someone from the hotel greeted me as soon as my taxi pulled up. Everyone was always smiling and very helpful The hotel room was very nice, beds were very comfortable and the shower was great I would definately come back in the future.
That I couldnt stay longer !!
Good location Clean room and lovely bathroom Perfect for a week in NYC
The rooms weren't ready when we arrived and we gave them an hour to sort it out and it still wasn't done. They only offered to give us another room after we insisted that we wanted a room then and there (even though it was an hour after check in time)
We had a great stay in this hotel. We slept well, the beds were comfortable and the room was a reasonable size (for NY!). The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful (gave my wife a round of applause when she entered wearing her medal after the marathon!). Everything was clean and the rooms were decorated tastefully (if a little on the dark side). We would stay here again.
The Wifi didn't work well on the first two days and broke completely on the last. The hotel could do with some kind of seating area/lounge for guests to hang out/meet up in. tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be good, as would bigger wardrobes.
room a little on the small side
Pleasant, helpful staff Good value for money Walking distance to tourist sites and transpotation hubs
Room is small but comfortable
The hotel despite under going a refurbishment, was fantastic with no disruption to us. The location was perfect to allow us to explore NYC. The staff were lovely and exceptionally nice.
Hose the concierge was great! So helpful and really had a impact on our stay - some of thr best highlights came from his recommendations. The beds are very comfotable in the junior suite. Location is the best - pitty about other aspects.
Considering I paid $2 600 for 5 nights, I know from other hotels within this price range one could expect a lot more. Even small things like charging $6 for a bottle of water in the room when you arrive - most hotels give you a complimentary bottle. It felt like staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. When next in NYC - I would go for something different. Junior suite was not what the pictures depicted when booked (they used the cassa suite pics) and was a lot smaller.
the location. Patrick the concierge who was patient, effective and helpful. He merits 5 stars.
I reserved a room (6 nights) 10 months before arrival . I asked for upper floor(the hotel has 45 floors) and quiet room. Upon arrival they put us in low floor(5th) and very noisy one.(we heard the street noise and could not sleep) we found a big insect on towels. (they changed our room only after 2 nights) The business center does not function and we searched computer in the near by hotels. The hotel does not have lobby. It certainly does not merit 4 stars.
Beautiful rooms, great location
