1-month stay of excellence on service and comfort.
No place for clouds. No chairs. Dark room, difficult to read.
Wi-fi and breakfast was included in the hotel fee. The room was "moderately" sized compared to others with similar pricing.
One day we were out all morning and afternoon but the room was not cleaned. We let the front desk know the following morning and was told they were understaffed.
radio speaker in room, making me feel like at home. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Restaurant is artistic, tasty breakfast. Friendly staff, always helpful. Walking distance to many places. Safe and convenient. Will recommend here to my friend.
Bathroom is a bit simple, and plain. Looks like 3star hotel. Wifi is very slow. But wifi in restaurant is fast and strong.
Superb location, nicely designed rooms, helpful staff
The hotel is so close to everything so great location
Went to Butter for breakfast. $23.50 per person. We're out of muffins and pancakes and orange juice. Could not get a Coke because it "was not on the buffet"! Don't waste your money.
- Location a few blocks away from Times Square and its train station (lots of lines here) -Clean and quiet room
- Restaurant is expensive for what you get. I appreciated much more the O'Lunney pub a few feet from there. - Don't arrive too late for breakfast, from 9:00, it's almost empty and not well refilled
The location, the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. Will be going back on next trip!
Only thing missing in my room was a tea/coffee facility. Always nice being able to make a cuppa when needed.
Everything. Would definitely stay there again.
Very kind front desk stagf were always helpful.
Breakfast was included as a buffet , more effort cud hv been made to keep it warm .
Location, staff extremely helpful at all times. A credit to hotel.
Standard double bed was average. Suggest most places offer Queen size as standard.
No business center , coffee not available until 6AM
Friendly , clean and perfect for Theatre At reasonable rates.
The staff was soo nice and helpful, it really made the experience. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great rain shower and warm modern decor. Located in the middle of everything. Close to Subway, Times Square, Bryant park, 5th Ave and Grand Central.
Had problems with my tv but it was quickly fixed.
Close to everything. Quiet. Great staff, particularly Patrick.
The showers were luke warm at best.
beautiful room, high end finishes, warm and toasty
there was no business center so I had to send my files to the front desk for printing.
Professional staff. Excellent location. Always came into a clean room.
Bed is super small for a standard room if there are two people. Also standard room is very small. Lighting is very dim. No room service at all. You can only eat at the restaurant downstairs. So if you want to eat you have to venture out which was annoying especially in cold weather.
Jermaine was warm, friendly, and helpful.
Location and friendliness of staff.
External appearance and one lift out of action was not a good start, but renovations were going on. Once settled in it was brilliant!
We chose this hotel because we could get a room with two double beds at a reasonable price. I'm so glad we stayed here. Our room was absolutely soundproof -- in the middle of New York! Lovely, modern, clean, comfortable, with a huge window. A great bathroom with a luxurious shower. The heat was very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very noisy and not properly working air condition. Thin between rooms wall so you can hear what other doing
Good price for a great location
Valet parking is rather expensive
Location of the hotel is great - it is literally 2 min walking distance from Times Sq. Rooms are rather small, but clean and cozy with big comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. There are 2 USB sockets to charge cell phones/tablet/cameras - good for travellers who don't have enough Europe-US adapters with them.
We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and none of the rooms was cleaned during first 48 hours of stay. We had to ask about it for 3 times and on the second day they only changed the towels in one of the rooms. Every morning (for 4 days) we received a letter saying that there was a problem with a credit card, which was very annoying, especially taking into account that in fact there was no problem with payments and it was just a problem of their "system". For some reason they tried to charge us for a room twice and then they tried to hold an additional amount of money as a guarantee, which would've been fine if they'd charged 75 USD a day as they told us - in fact they tried to hold more than 500 USD for a few times. In the end it took us more than 2 hours to sort this out. The other thing is there was no water in the tap for a few hours in the afternoon (which we were notified about in advance, but it's still not very comfortable). Another issue is a water pump itself - it is extremely noisy. It's hard to sleep in the room while someone is taking a shower.
Location and standard of the rooms where excellent.
Size of room but to be expected. No real hotel bar or restaurant.
Very close to time square
